a story

talent filled

Once Upon a Time…

A small startup had five employees and needed to grow to 15.

They only wanted to hire the best candidates.

People Like this. Or this. But not this.

Oh  look,    ice  cream!

They knew “post and pray” was for squares.

Yay.

So they decided they wouldn’t post vacancies. They would only

source talent.*

*Because  they  were  awesome        they  used  Hello  Talent.

We  solemnly  swear  to  go  to  talent  rather

than  wait  for  it  to  come  to  us.

They searched high and low and far and wide.

Hello?   There  must  be  talent  in

there!

Talent?

They asked friends for help.

You  can  find  some  awesome  people

over  there.

They placed potential candidates they found into collaborative talent pools.

They worked together to decide who would be the best fit.

New hires were invited to help find more talent. You  guys  should  totally  come  work

with  me!  Sounds  cool!   Yeah!

Within no time they had 15 super talented employees.

And they produced amazing stuff that the market loved.

They did all this with the help of some great sourcing software.

This  is  amazing!  This  is

amazing!

The Squares weren’t too happy about it.

They ignored it though. They were too busy building

an awesome company.

Successful startups don’t post and pray. Successful startups source talent.

Successful startups use

Yay.
