CHRIST HAS RISEN! THE LORD HAS RISEN INDEED! ALLELUIA! We are walking the path to the Cross and preparing to behold the cruci- ϐied Christ. We face death daily; the death of those who have suffered and are anticipating the new and eternal life promised through the death and resurrection of Christ and the death of those whose lives among us seemed to be far, far from over. The good news is that death is no longer fatal! From the suffering and death on the Cross to the empty tomb of Easter morning, God has conquered death. The empty tomb assures us that death leads to new life. God promises to make all things new. March 24th is Palm Sunday marking the beginning of Holy Week. I en- courage you to participate in the ser- vices of Holy Week. Intentionally remembering the way to the cross empowers you to experience death and resurrection in the life of Jesus and in our own lives.
