INTRODUCTION Its a building that revolves 360 � completely and dependently of all the floors for resort hotels, luxury apartments.

This is about an explanation of a skyscraper with each floor that rotates with different speed and different directions with central core as the axis

The construction mode

The building is made up of prefabricated units where these units are cast outside the site and just fixed on the site.

The pre fabricated units

PRE-FABRICATION WORKS

It reduces the cost of

the building up to 10-15%

of the total cost.

Reduces the labor on the site and reduces the construction time.

Advantages of prefabricationSelf-supporting ready-made components

are used, so the need for formwork, shuttering and scaffolding is reduced.

Construction time is reduced and buildings are completed at a minimum time, allowing return of the capital invested.

On-site, construction and congestion is minimized.

Quality control can be checked easier in a factory than in a construction site.

Moulds can be used several times.

FLOOR ROTATION Each floor can rotate about

its own axis with different speed and in different direction .

Each floor is attached to a turbine.

The speed of the rotation can be adjusted manually and hence rotates in varying speed

If one floor is owned by one as his own, he may be free to decide whether it should rotate in left, right, faster or slower.

And if the floor is owned by many and divided in to many the architect will have the password to control the movement of the floor

CHANGES IN SHAPESince each floor rotates in

different speed the shape of the building changes.

Can’t see the building in a definite shape as the elevation view will constantly keep changing with respect to time.

We cannot except the same shape in different time

ENERGY EFFICIENCY This building can also be considered as GREEN building.

Because it uses the natural resources sun and wind to generate its own energy.

The building uses horizontal wind turbines and solar panels

Such energy generated by these wind turbines and solar panels are more than

enough.

The excess energy obtained can be used for other purposes.

: CENTRAL CORE Fixed portion of the building and all other components are

attached to this core. Contains staircase, lift and elevators which could not be

moved. Slabs and pre fabricated floors are attached to the central

core. Wind turbines are attached to the central core. Also contains motor room to generate electricity from

turbines.

CANTILEVER SLABSThese cantilever slabs are made up of

composite materials

Here the concrete is composite with

thin layer of steel

This cantilever slab takes load from

pre fabricated units and transfers it to

central core.

Here the loads are transferred from

dynamic to static load.
