Spa Reservations: All treatments should be booked in advance to avoid any disappointment. All treatments must be reserved through our Spa Reception.

What to Bring:For your comfort a luxurious robe, towel and slippers will be provided throughout your visit (exceptions apply). Hotel guests may wish to arrive in their bedroom robe to assist with your continued relaxation. We recommend that a bathing suit or trunks be worn within the unisex Pool, Spa Pool and Thermal Suite.

Spa arrival:We advise you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time in order to relax, change into your robe and slippers whilst completing a consultation form before meeting our therapists.

Children:As part of our commitment to health and safety, children under the age of 16 are not permitted in The Spa at Fonab unless unaccompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.Children under the age of 16 will not be permitted to use the Thermal Suite, Sauna, Steam Room, Aroma Room or Spa Pool at any time. Any persons under the age of 16 wishing to receive Spa treatments must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Body massage treatments will not be undertaken on children under the age of 16. No treatments will be permitted on any child under the age of 10.Children over the age of 10 will be asked to change in their own sex changing rooms Children under the age of 3 will be asked to wear special swimming nappies.

Health Conditions:All Persons visiting the Spa must complete a Consultation Form. For your safety and pleasure please advise our Spa team of any Health conditions, allergies, any medications or injuries which may affect your choice of treatment or enjoyment of the facilities. Providing this information will allow us to tailor our treatments to meet your needs and requirements.If you should have any concerns or questions please do not hesitate to contact a member of the Spa team.

Mother to Be and Post Natal:Please advise us at the time of booking of your pregnancy. During your first 12 weeks of pregnancy we advise that no form of body treatments are undertaken. Manicures, pedicures, HD Brows and Facials may be taken during this time. After the first 12 weeks, please speak with our Spa Team to discuss the various treatments carefully created for during pregnancy. We do not allow use of the Sauna, Aroma Room, Steam Room and Spa Pool at any time.

Points of Safety:Spa Facilities/Thermal Suite - As part of our commitment to health and safety we may restrict access to these facilities therefore ensuring all our guests experience them in a safe manner.Although trained staff are on duty within the Spa we do not have a life guard on duty within the pool. We would ask that each guest showers before entering the pool to remove any oils as well as before and after entering the Thermal Suite.The pool floor will be slippery when wet so please walk and not run. Diving and jumping are not permitted. No toys please.

Loss or Damage:We regret that we cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage to personal possessions. Please remember to keep all valuables within your locker.

Cancellation Policy: Should you require to cancel your treatment or package, you must do so 72 hours prior to the date of your arrival, otherwise a cancellation charge of 100% will apply. Non arrival without notice will result in full a charge being made.Reservations cannot be confirmed without a credit or debit card. All treatments must be paid for at time of booking.

Home Care: To continue your spa experience at home our trained Spa Therapists will provide you with advice on the treatment products you may purchase
