PAYMENT INFOReservations are strongly suggested. A credit card number is required to book all appointments, including those made on the same day as their scheduled start time. We accept as payment for Spa services and retail all major credit cards, cash, credit, Foundry Park Inn and Spa Gift Cards and Gift Certificates and Athens Downtown Cash. Spa services and retail may be billed to your room. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONAppointments may be cancelled without a charge up to 24 hours before the start time of the first scheduled service. Appointment cancellations made within 24 hours of the start of the first scheduled service will incur a fee of 50% of the total service prices, unless the Spa is able to rebook the services, which will negate the fee. NO SHOWSGuests who do not show up for their appointments and fail to contact the Spa to cancel before the start of their scheduled services will be charged the full amount of their services. MOVING APPOINTMENTSWithin 24 hours of the start time of the first scheduled service, Services moved to a new time within the same day or to a different day will incur a move fee of $25. CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENTS BOOKED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF SERVICE START TIMEAppointments made within 24 hours of the start time of the first scheduled service may be cancelled without a charge if the cancellation is made within 30 minutes of the original appointment booking. Any appointment booked within 24 hours of the start time of the first service and subsequently cancelled or moved 30 minutes after the original appointment booking will be subject to the appointment cancellation, no show and moving appointment policies listed above. LATE APPOINTMENT ARRIVALSArriving late will shorten the length of your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged to your room or credit card. Services shortened due to late arrival will not be converted to and charged as lower-priced services or services of shorter duration. SPA SERVICES FOR TEENS AND CHILDRENAll guests under the age of 17 years old must have a parent or guardian present in the treatment room for all massage, bodywork, facial or waxing services, and will be booked with a therapist of the same gender. CELLPHONE AND NOISE POLICYOut of respect for our other guests, we ask that you kindly refrain from loud noise and cellphone conversations throughout the Spa, as well as the Spa front desk area. We also ask that you completely turn off the ringers for all cellphones before entering the service area of the Spa. PETSPer Georgia State Board of Cosmetology guidelines, pets are not allowed into any part of the Spa at any time.

ARRIVAL:Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled service time. GRATUITIES:Gratuities are customarily 15% to 20% of the price of services and are not included in the price, except where indicated otherwise. GIFT CARDS:Gift card purchases must be for a minimum of $25 dollars, may be purchased in person or online and may be redeemed for spa services and retail items. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash. PREGNANT GUESTS:Kindly notify spa reception and spa service providers of the week and trimester of your pregnancy so that we may provide you the absolute best service. SPECIAL CONDITIONS:Please inform your spa service providers of any surgeries, injuries, allergies or health conditions prior to the beginning of services. Once services have begun, please alert your service provider of any pain or discomfort that you experience. SHAVING BEFORE TREATMENTS:It is recommended that you refrain from shaving a minimum of 24 hours prior to receiving any spa treatments or waxing services.
