• Anti - Red Tape Act (Republic Act No. 9485) • to improve efficiency in the delivery of government service to the public by

reducing bureaucratic red tape, preventing graft and corruption, and providing penalties

• Government Procurement Act (Republic Act No. 9184)• Prescribes the necessary rules and regulations for the modernization,

standardization, and regulation of the procurement activities of the government

• Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act (RA No. 3019)• to repress certain acts of public officers and private persons alike which

constitute graft or corrupt practices or which may lead to it

• Civil Service Rules and Regulations • Defines the duties, responsibilities, and accountabilities of public officials and

employees

• Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards of Government Officials and Employees (RA No. 6713)• to promote a high standard of ethics in public service. Public officials and
