Our mission and vision is to match digital talent
with digital jobs – recruit, train and employ 500,000
ICT developers until 2020 from priority EU countries
facing higher unemployment rates and other social
challenges.
To implement our vision, we have developed a dis-
ruptive new business model for training, recruiting
and employing human resources, bringing together
four key stakeholders:
companies looking for digital skilled profession-
als across Europe;
candidates looking for a job in the digital labor
market but who lack skills and career guidance;
technical training partners able to provide online
java, sharepoint, sql, .net programing courses;
recruitment partners able to source candidates
across the globe to work in Europe in digital jobs.
We are interested in meeting investors, business
partners and customers.
Our product:
Cross Border Talents’ (CBT) ambition is to contribute to
solve the skill shortage challenge through consistently
facilitating employment transitions in increasingly volatile
and complex labour markets.
We are a specialist recruitment consultancy with a global
network of recruitment partners around Europe, Ameri-
cas, Middle East Africa and Asia. We provide recruitment
solutions for the Engineering, ICT Medical and Business
Process Outsourcing Industries.
We are a start-up company launched in 2013 by 3 part-
ners with large experience in the global recruitment sec-
tor over the last 2 decades and currently with 80 employ-
ees (direct and freelancers). We had a turnover of
400.000€ in 2016 (with an EBIDTA of 25% in the last quar-
ter).
Our product (CBT academy: match talent with digital
jobs) provides valuable services to all stakeholders at-
tending the trade fair:
academy’s clients (ICT companies) see their recruit-
ment needs met on a regular basis (not just one-off);
people who graduate the academy see their chances
in the job market enhanced;
technology partners who provide the academy’s
training contents and tools generate an extra reve-
nue;
public entities see the academy as an effective and
accountable tool to promote employment and mobil-
ity.
Our target audience:
We are happy to meet inves-
tors looking to invest in a dis-
ruptive business model to
recruit, train and employ over
500.000 ICT developers until
2020.
Why us:
Aside from the recognition received from the European
Union’s Horizon 2020 - SME Instrument Programme, CBT
Talents was also recognised by the grand coalition for
digital jobs (European Commission) as having two of then
ten best practices in labour mobility in Europe.
Moreover, Mr Ben Noteboom, former chairman of the
executive board and CEO of Randstad Holding, became a
shareholder of the company.
Up to date, CBT has closed business deals with compa-
nies such as Microsoft, Cisco, Siemens, Altran, Accenture,
Google, Amazon, Panalpina, and several business process
outsourcing companies such as Teleperformance, Trans-
com, Arvato Bertelsmann, Sitel, etc.

Elettrosystem deals in technology. Its vocation has
been, for forty years, to be continuously innovative
in automation.
Right now, more than sixty employees are contrib-
uting to Elettrosystem's growth with their compe-
tences and their dynamism; they are distributed in
the Commercial Office (feasibility studies and com-
mercial offers), Technical Dept. (electro-pneumatic
design, mechanical modelling, software develop-
ment), Mechanical Workshop (milling machines and
lathes), Assembly Dept and Service: the whole pro-
ductive process is internal and carried out in the
headquarter of Asti.
We would be interested in distributors, customers
and suppliers.
Our product:
Our product is a solution. Elettrosystem makes available
its experience in process automating and process im-
provement.
Customer's needs are matched with the most advanced
technology in the market; not only in terms of tangible
assets, but also with value added services of consulting,
maintenance, and training; based on 40 years of consoli-
dated know-how.
Irrespective of the size or the complexity, the machine is
served by a remote maintenance or a phone support in
order to guarantee the shortest fault solving.
In this occasion, the unique selling proposition consists of
our TWIMP machine: a fiber laser precise cutting/welding
machine for metal parts (also twip steel). TWIMP is the
inherited name of a European co-funded project. The
TWIMP machine’s main features are a reduced footprint
(less than 10 sqm), scalability (additional modules are
available for testing, marking...), flexibility (thanks to an
integrated environment it's possible to compile the pro-
gram in C++, ladder, ISO G-code...), and general applica-
bility (through customized fixtures a varied production is
allowed just via quick retooling).
It's a machine with a short time-to-market, shippable
without dismounting and with a quick rump up.
The TWIMP technology is normally promoted via real
tests. In fact, customer's parts could be welded following
technical specifications in Elettrosystem's facility and rela-
tive worked samples returned for submitting. It's a tangi-
ble way to evaluate TWIMP‘s results where the goal is the
customer's satisfaction. It is important to put TWIMP ma-
chine into the customer's context because it's the only
way to give a measurable parameter of the quality of the
product; the customer "plays at home" knowing its join-
ing issues, its process side-effects, its expectations.
Our target audience:
Customers interested in precise laser welding regard-
less operating sector.
Distributors with expertise in welding applications or
automated processes with a deep knowledge of the
Far East industrial fabric, market and needs.
System Integrator, who is generally involved in supply
of special machines of industry, with gap of
knowledge in laser welding applications.
Supplier dealing in fiber laser equipment., compliant
with integrated components.
Why us:
Aside from the recognition received from the European
Union’s Horizon 2020 - SME Instrument Programme,
Elettrosystem is an Italian Champion and national repre-
sentative for the European Business Award 2016/2017.
Moreover, its customer portfolio includes such compa-
nies as Xylem Group, Pedrollo, Itron, SKF, Schaeffler
Group, ABB, Marposs, Medtronic or Diasorin.

Hungaro Lux Light Ltd. is one of the most innovate
outdoor lighting companies (manufacturer) in Eu-
rope with more than 20 years of experience and
continuous development.
Our core business is manufacturing street lighting
LED fixtures. LED lighting is already a well known
and accepted technology in the lighting industry
nowadays. It offers much more possibility to meet
the needs of the clients.
As a pioneer in LED technology, we are able to ef-
fectively fulfil all customer needs both indoor and
outdoor, no matter if it is a standard or a unique
one, which needs bespoke solution (development
and manufacturing).
We would be interested in meeting distributors and
customers.
Our product:
Our newest project is the development of our street
lighting family, with a brand new member, called Pearl-
Light+. About 60% of the electricity costs for a municipal-
ity is street lighting. Being able to spare energy in this
field means a great success from environmental and from
financial aspect as well.
These PearlLight lamps can reach 50-60% of saving, 15-
20% efficiency growth, which means altogether 80% of
saving on the same level of efficiency.
They lower the energy consumption even more than a
regular LED fixture and at the same time enhance the
comfort of the users and enable to meet the needs speci-
fied in the applicable standards (EN 13201 in Europe) .
Our efforts aim to lower the energy consumption and
make lighting more powerful two ways: on one hand we
are enhancing the efficiency of the lenses (lowering the
light loss, therefore same light requires less electrical en-
ergy), on the other hand we are developing a CAD pro-
gram with which highly optimized lenses can be offered
to every possible local circumstances (there are special
local needs in
terms of geome-
try/geography
(pole distance,
light height, pole-
to-road distance,
etc.)
Both solution cen-
ters around the
optics as it is a very important part of the design and it
plays a vital role in the overall efficiency. Thanks to H2020
SME Instrument our engineers got an opportunity to de-
velop a new Antireflective coating technology for poly-
carbonate substrate, which allowed to lower the con-
sumption of the lamps by means of high optical efficien-
cy.
Using this technology means 15% advantage compared
with competitors.
Our target audience:
Optical designers - mainly for street lighting
Lens and/or bowl manufacturers
Street lighting LED lamps manufacturers

Lightbee has a focus on three main areas:
Mobiles: optical transmission by means of led
flash light modulation
Lighting: geolocation solutions and smart man-
agement of Led Lighting
Automotive Industry: connected cars by means of
head/tail led lights
Our objective is to replace insecure wireless links
based on Bluetooth or NFC, RFID technology for
sensitive purposes, i.e. payments, control access,
interferences environments etc.
We are interested in investors, business partners
and customers.
Our product:
Lightbee has developed a middleware composed of a
hardware for decoding optical data and connecting to
the Cloud, and a software able to modulate leds for
transmitting data. We pretend to take advantage of the
huge amount of devices which already include led tech-
nology in their hardware, and have implemented our
middleware to develop three main products:
Lightkey: an App for using a mobile’s led flash light to
transmit data to our decoder, for control access and
payment purposes.
Lightdim: a geolocation and smart led lighting man-
agement solution for led lighting facilities;
Lightnosis: allows the use of led vehicle lights as a
control access solution, wireless diagnosis and car to
car communications.
Lightbee aims to exhibit and sell the first version of Light-
key for Control Access Market, ready to be implemented
in door locks so it can coexist with traditional keys. It is
composed of an App where the user can store as many
keys as they wish and a receiver integrated in a lock re-
sponsible of decoding and validating codes, and opening
the door. Lightkey´s unique selling points are: it improves
user´s experience in control access purposes because op-
tical wireless links contain data inside the light, so the
security of their passwords is ensured at the physical lay-
er (they cannot be copied as radiofrequencies can).
On the other hand, since we use an existing hardware
such as the mobile’s flash, the easy implementation al-
lows for the immediate use of smartphones to open a
door by just downloading an App from the appstore and
knowing the code.
Finally, users explained to us that they like knowing when
a payment or an access action has been made to avoid
mistakes. Lightbee offers that as you need a VOLUNTARY
action to align the mobile with the decoder.
Our target audience:
Our main target are manufacturers. We aim to get agree-
ments with them to integrate our developments in their
devices so we ensure the scalability of our solutions in
the field of lighting, smartphones, smart home platforms
and vehicles. We vow for offering our solutions already
integrated in their devices so it is possible to open to
their customers additional features without the require-
ment of additional hardware at a very low cost of imple-
mentation, and without removing the lighting or signal-
ling function of the leds.
Our business proposition is based on the advantage of
implementing new features to manufacturers’ products at
a very low cost by improving the security and reliability of
their IOT solutions.
Why us:
Lightbee is internationally recognised as one of the main
players of this technology. It has: been
selected for pitching at Photonics West Fair in San
Francisco as semi-finalists of the Challenge Award
program for Early stage startups in the Photonics field
included as one of the main players in VLC technology
by major VLC Research Market Reports
selected by Valeo to participate at Vivatech in Paris
with our solution for Car Aftersales Market 2015
selected by Cisco EIR program as top15 IOT European
company in Vienna
Moreover, Lightbee is currently requesting two patents in
Europe, USA and China, and continuously work is for in-
cluding additional ones related to our solutions, so we
can offer a strong IP support to our partners in terms of
exclusivity of the possible collaboration established.

Seven Solutions is leader in accurate sub-
nanosecond time transfer and frequency distribu-
tion for reliable industrial and scientific applications.
Our vision is to become a worldwide leader provid-
ing ultra-accurate timing and synchronization solu-
tions.
Our mission is to provide solutions with time as a
first-order concept. Enabling next generation of mo-
bile infrastructure. Riding on Telecom Network to
bring disruptive service to Finances, Smart Grid, In-
ternet of Things, positioning and navigation.
Seven Solutions is a private limited liability company
with a strong technical profile on embedded sys-
tems. We were reborn in 2011 and we become lead-
er in timing in Scientific infrastructures by 2014.
We would be interested in meeting distributors,
business partners and customers.
Our product:
We provide timing and synchronization telecom equip-
ment (switches and nodes) for different industrial seg-
ments such as Telecommunications (5G requires synchro-
nized antennas), Finances (for distributing legal time
stamping from national metrology institutes and time
stamping of stock transactions, especially for High Fre-
quency Trading), Smart Grid (for a global time reference,
it facilitates data analysis across the grid also forensic
analysis in case of black-out), Defence (multiple antennas
synchronization and distributed radar).
Our solutions allow sub-nanosecond synchronization,
reliable and deterministic time and frequency transfer.
They are easy to deploy (including self-calibration mech-
anisms) and cost-effective because it does not require
dedicated optical fibers, it can use standard (existing)
telecom network (timing and synchronization signals can
share the link with data transference without affecting
accuracy).
In addition, it repre-
sents a GPS back up
for time critical infra-
structures. It miti-
gates GPS vulnerabil-
ity to jamming and
spoofing.
The White-Rabbit
technology was de-
veloped in collabora-
tion with the European
Organization for Nucle-
ar Research (CERN).
Currently we have pro-
prietary products inte-
grating this original tech-
nology. Time is a key
magnitude used in many
of our day-life activities.
There is a standard defini-
tion of a Universal time,
the UTC (Universal Time Coordinated). This UTC time ref-
erence is used in all the instruments and references all
around the world. In this sense there are new timing re-
quirements for 5G in Telecom, new directives for stock
trading (MIFID II in EU but also in other international
markets), opportunities in low latency trading and the
need to reduce GNSS vulnerability at time-critical infra-
structures such as Telecom, Finances, Defence and Smart
Grid. Our solutions allow sub-nanosecond synchroniza-
tion. We offer deterministic industrial time.
Our target audience:
We are looking for partners in two main sectors, Fintech
and Photonic. In this sense, our target partner is a tele-
com operator or an equipment manufacturer, as we are a
technology provider. Other possible partners are leading
companies in telecom and finance sectors, or middle
companies with high expertise in network communica-
tions and timing products.
Why us:
Aside from the recognition received from the European
Union’s Horizon 2020 - SME Instrument Programme
(including the best pitch award DIGITAL, Innovators Sum-
mit, SME 2016), the University of Granada awarded Seven
Solutions as the technology based SME with high poten-
tial and impact in the region and the University of Grana-
da.
Moreover, Seven Solutions has won a number of public
procurement contracts in defence and scientific sectors
(ex. IFMIF-EVEDA), as well as one for CERN in Switzerland
and GSI in Germany.
As for the private sector, we have deals with one of the
largest companies in Spain (listed in the IBEX35), and we
currently have a pilot in a USA world class High Frequen-
cy Trading key player and 4 leaders in Telecom equip-
ment are evaluating our solutions.

talized in the spring 2016, spinning out the Niels
Bohr Institute’s Quantum Photonics Lab, headed by
professor Peter Lodahl. Now backed by venture
capital, we are developing our next-generation sin-
gle-photon light source and currently looking for
industrial partnerships within photonic integration
and packaging.
We currently develop and produce single single-
photon chips for quantum photonic R&D groups.
Our medium-term goal is developing turn-key sin-
gle-photon generators, which are key components
for next-generation quantum cryptosystems. We
have significant expertise in the fabrication of galli-
um arsenide nanophotonic chips as well as quantum
optics.
We are looking to meet investors, business partners
and customers.
Our product:
Single photons are the key resource for a wide range of
photonic quantum technologies, such as quantum cryp-
tosystems, photonic quantum networks, and much more.
The Sparrow single-photon source is based on self-
assembled InAs quantum dots coupled to a slow-light
photonic-crystal waveguide made using our unique pro-
cessing technology. The
slow-light sections feature
a low group velocity in
order to increase light-
matter interaction while
the weak dispersion sec-
tions enable more efficient
chip out-coupling. Cur-
rently, customers must
integrate the chip with
their own quantum pho-
tonic setup while our turn-
key solution for single-
photon generation is in
the development phase.
In addition, we offer access
to our nanofabrication process for custom designs in the
university R&D sector.
Our devices give customers access to state-of-the-art
device quality and unparalleled single-photon coupling
efficiency in the form of advanced planar nanophotonic
chips made in world-leading nanofab. This allows cus-
tomers to save time and cost of their own nanofabrica-
tion, so they can focus on their core research.
Moreover, we offer a wide range of customization op-
tions in chip design enabling novel experiments and ap-
plications.
Our target audience:
Investors: we are interested in meeting with potential
investors with interests in photonic quantum technol-
ogies.
Business partners: we are interested in meeting com-
panies with expertise in photonic integration.
Customers: Our current customer base is photonic
R&D, mainly university labs, but we are interested in
meeting with producers of cryptosystems and photon-
ic integrated circuits.
Why us:
Aside from the recognition received from the European
Union’s Horizon 2020 - SME Instrument Programme,
Sparrow Quantum has secured two EUopStart grants, and
has obtained a venture capital injection in May 2016 with
Seier Capital Denmark A/S with an initial investment of
>€1.5m for building and commercializing the 1st-
generation single-photon chip, targeting demand from
the R&D market.
