This book is a personal experience on how I received the secret to abundance by going within.

We have talked about it many times, we have done many workshops about abundance and it is still something that is hard to understand and to receive.

So let’s break it down and see what abundance really is.

So if we look at these quotes they all seem to refer to abundance, but not financial abun-dance which is the one that most people are looking for.

I see it more as giving and receiving as being described by many of these quotes.

It’s giving, not taking. Which seems the key to me.

I was writing my newsletter today and my husband was completely surprised by the fact that I lowered the free attunement that I would put up to a donation amount of $10.00 instead of $ 25.00.

It means that I will not be able to make any more money of these attunements. And that is true.

But by giving these attunements I also receive, not the money but the fact that people are downloading these attunements and are receiving and awakening so they can find their own true self in this world.

I could have said everything in the store is free, this is true, but this is not about that. I have discussed this with my own inner source being and the masters.

The biggest gift is that it allows others to gift and receive as well. If I was the only one gift-ing here there would be nothing more than me receiving as I gift. In this way others have the opportunity as well to gift and receive the abundance in many ways.

And this is what abundance is to me, it is the knowing that what you do is benefitting oth-ers. It is never about what you receive in return as the universe is the one that gifts you in return in many ways you can’t even imagine right now. I do not expect anything in return, as I know the universe is providing for me and fulfills the needs I have in many more ways than I could ever have imagined.

This weekend my stove broke and money for a new one was not there. Talking about it with some of the students allowed me to release any attachment to the outcome of hav-ing the money to buy the stove, since it was Labor Day sale and the discounts would allow me to buy one cheaper. I released it and said if it doesn’t come, I will buy a small plate and a little oven and wait till the right time is there.

And with that I mean I really released it, the only thing I said was if the universe wants me to have it now, the money will be there in time. If it is not the right time I will wait.

The money is there now and we can buy one, there is even more than I thought I would have to buy one. So the next question comes up. I was gifted with this money, do I buy the cheapest stove and save some money for something else. Or do I buy the stove I really like since I have the correct amount of money for that. I think I will gift myself with the one I really like. In fact when I think about it I don’t even really care what the stove looks like or can do. But the universe gifted me this money and it is just a stove but the universe is gift-ing me and following the flow of what the universe provided for me I will buy the more expensive stove.

I know the people that made this possible will receive their gift as well, might not be com-ing through me, but the universe knows and will gift you what you really need, not what you think you need.

Abundance can be seen in so many ways and I have come to realize that it is not the mon-ey that is making me happy. It is the fact that the universe is supporting me and allowing me to release this attachment to money and many other things that seem so important in a 3rd dimensional world but are in fact crutches holding me back. Abundance with my family, knowing we have a place to live that makes us happy. My daughter who is running through the stores, playing with the people that work there. Her actions and reactions, her love and so many other things. Yes money is still needed, but not much as we move fur-ther into a world where the sharing and giving is becoming more important.

How does everyone see the new world, the world being created, the place many call heaven on earth.

What do we think is going to be different there?

The sharing and giving is one of the things that is going to be the most important part of this new world.

People doing what they love to do and sharing it with others. One might love to be a farmer, the other one just loves to make clothes, the other one loves to build. By giving and sharing, the person that farms is able to give food to the one that makes clothes, the one that makes clothes might give them to the builder that needs them, the builder will come to the farmer and build something or do a repair. All without any money involved.

This would be the ideal for many, I don’t know if it will be like that, if we can really leave money out of it in this scenario. But my hope is that it will be a more balanced use of the money.

As I see everything as a balance within the energies, two opposing sides balancing each other out.

I don’t know the plan of the universe, the energies that influence the plan and the cre-ation that is still being created as you read this right now. The universe is ever evolving, always creating as we are constantly creating with it.

But jf this is what we want for the new world, why don’t we start creating it in this world.

I see so many people, just focusing on themselves, wanting to receive the abundance for themselves. They will share once they have the abundance.

The quotes make it very clear to me. Abundance is something you will not be able to receive until you give from an abundant heart. Everything I have learned and experienced confirms it for me.

You are limiting yourself in so many ways when you say I will share my abundance when I have abundance myself.

This seems to be one of the reasons so many are not yet receiving financial abundance.

As they are limiting themselves, wanting so many things, but saying I cannot afford this. If I do this I won’t have any money left for this. I will gift some money when I have more money.

I have learned that even when I give away the last little penny of the money I have, and I do this many times. It doesn’t mean I will not have money, it doesn’t mean I won’t have food. I still have a place to live. What is it I really need? It’s not much. So when I go to the Wal-Mart for example and someone is there asking for donations, I will follow the flow and look within myself if it is the right thing to gift at that time. Even if it means no more mon-ey in the account. Even if it means I will have to wait a couple of days to pay a bill. When I follow the flow, I don’t even have to wait with paying the bills, because the money is there at the right time.

And you know, using the stove as an example, I am also not afraid to gift myself. It is not only gifting others, it is gifting myself as well. Just that feeling of having the new stove that you like, how does it make you feel. For me it is abundance, just the feeling that I can do this for myself without feeling guilty of the money I spent for it. It’s not important how much I spent on it. It is important how it makes me feel. The gift to myself. The money is a tool in this way. And as I use this tool I also release some of the negative feelings that are attached to money.

How many out there as a mother or father have this feeling that they cannot buy anything for themselves because the kids have to come first. I have had that and still will put my kids before myself many times. But this time I am taking the opportunity to gift myself. Even though my daughter’s birthday is coming up and she expects presents.

Although she has taken care of that in some way already as she has a bag in her room with presents she wrapped for herself which is something I have never seen before, but she loves to give presents and she is gifting herself with presents as well. And those pres-ents are things she already had. But still it is a good example of how to gift yourself and feel the abundance that it brings. I think she has more than 20 presents in there right now.

I remember last year we gave her a grown up bed and desk and her reaction was, mommy that must have cost a lot of money, how did you get all that money? And thank you for spending all that to give me this room. She will come to me and give me a dollar and say this is for you to pay the bills.

She gives at all times and the gifting is the part that makes her happy. The most important thing for her as well seems to be the accepting of the gifts that she receives. The gift itself is most of the time not even looked at. Just the feeling that someone cares enough to gift her something is more important.

When she was about three years old she would walk through stores with a little notebook and make pictures and give them out to the people working or shopping.

And the big smile on her face, the happiness it brought her to do that. That is the feeling we want. I feel it when I donate, or gift something that I know makes people happy.

This is the feeling that I feel when I bring down the amount for the free attunements from $25.00 to $10.00. Just the feeling that I am able to do that. Gifting without hesitation, not worried about the fact that they won’t bring in any more money.

I have never really considered that what I do is a gift, what I do think is a gift is the fact that the people coming to the classes are awakening, are growing, are getting to know themselves, and are able to receive for themselves. That is the part that makes me feel happy. I don’t see it as a gift to the people, but as gift to myself as I am the one that is re-ceiving this feeling of happiness.

Just seeing the people opening up, sharing their experiences, seeing them grow into a full being, and connecting within themselves, with their own source being. That is what keeps me going. Not the money, there might be 10 students or just 1 or 2. The money is there no matter what, that is what the universe provides for me as I share my own abundance, my gift as some call it.

And I am just thinking about this, do you realize that a gift of $10.00, and 100 people mak-ing that gift. Each of them would get in return 100 meditations gifted by others.

A thought to think about as it is my goal to make everything we do available for free.

Update September 8, 2010

As I went out today to order the stove, I had to make a decision between 4 or 5 burners. My husband really liked the 5 burner which means a warmer in the back. I looked at it and yesterday I was thinking it was the right one. Today I went into the energies of it and it felt strange to me. The one with 5 burners made me uncomfortable, if I had to describe it, and of course my husband asked for that. It was like I had to use 5 pots, that middle burner was so much of a focus that I couldn’t be at peace with it. I felt distracted by it. So I decid-ed to go for the 4 burner. The employee helping us starts typing it into the computer, calls someone for the 20% discount and then says: “you get a $50.00 mail in rebate, the offer started today.” It is so funny; the 5 burner stove didn’t have the rebate even though it was the same brand, so instead of a 20% discount it is now a 30% discount. We had a good laugh about that. Another gift.

After writing everything yesterday I sent it to a friend and asked for her opinion and input. I would like to share some of what she sent me.

“If you help others, you will be helped, perhaps tomorrow, perhaps in one thousand years, but you will be helped. Nature must pay off the debt. It is a mathematical law, and all life is mathematics.”

The Law of compensation is what you are speaking to ...it is the law of cause and effect...which not only deals with events, but also deals with material and spiritual gains we re-ceive in life. It is the manifestation of this law which shows up as a result of good deeds, as they are received as gifts, money, inheritances, friendships/relationships/partnerships-business and personal ones, and blessings of all sorts.

Our unconscious conditioning to attachments and expectations can undermine our abili-ty to give and receive. It is advised that we master this law by breaking free of the poverty consciousness we hold on to out of fear of not having or receiving enough and replace them with the recognition that the world and universe is infinitely abundant...“The law is flawless. Basically, it says that for everything that is given there shall be a return. But there is a twist to this law that not everyone realizes. This twist is called the Law of Tenfold Return. What this law reveals is that once a person learns to give freely from the heart, the universe returns the gift with a tenfold yield. This supports the premise that “It is better to give than to receive.”

Remember where I ended in the previous part?

And I am just thinking about this, do you realize that a gift of $10.00, and 100 people mak-ing that gift. Each of them would get in return 100 meditations gifted by others.

This is a tenfold return.

So as we are talking about abundance, we have to see and know that it is not just finan-cial, it is so much more.

As we receive the abundance within our self, we share that abundance with others on many levels spiritually and physically.

This is why we added the donation to our website.

It is a tool to start releasing this consciousness of not having enough, it is not the right time, I have other things I need to get first. Releasing expectations on what and how we should be compensated for the gift. Releasing attachment to the outcome.

Ask yourself this.

$ 10.00 is a small amount, what is it that is holding you back in gifting a small amount like this?

Is it really about the amount?

No of course not.

It is the fact that we cannot let go of the consciousness of poverty and have trust and faith that we will get the tenfold return.

What if the return doesn’t come in time? Then I am in trouble.

This is because you expect the return to be money. This might not be your return, as the universe will decide your return and is more knowledgeable as to what return you need.

I have seen many excuses and know I would find many in the past as I went through the process of learning to receive abundance. The one that came up the most was the one where I would say, if we get this there will be no money left in the account. I can’t even start to remember the times I would be angry because my husband would go out and buy things for the house that I really didn’t think we needed.

I have learned to let go and trust and it is still hard at times. But I am going in the right direction as I feel it within myself. As I realize more and more the abundance that is there. I don’t have to look for it. I don’t have to ask for it. It is there within me.

Freedom is what I call it. Freedom from anything and everything. Freedom to create any-thing and everything without limitations.

Freedom to be in the flow of creation and release all expectation to the outcome.

As many are finding the balance in spirit, they also have to find the balance within the physical world.

They are both opposites as they are also one.

What we reflect to the world around us becomes the world around us as we create our own reality within this world.

This is what we need to learn as we move to a more balanced way of living within the flow of energies, the flow of abundance in every part of our life.

The Secret, what is it?

It is you being able to gift, share and receive from a free heart.

How do you get there?

You can read my story and see how I got there.

It was however a process that took several years. My husband lost his job a couple of years ago, after that we lost our house and have been moving around. We took out loans, used our credit cards. Just trying to survive and stay in the house. Until there was no more mon-ey and we had to leave the house. Sometimes there would be people to help us with little things, food and paying small bills. I started teaching classes and slowly it got a bit better.

During those days I learned more about what abundance is. I didn’t realize that until now, that even those times were awful and stressful, they also brought me the knowledge to realize what real abundance is.

At this time I can feel the abundance, it is not just physical it’s also spiritual.

And sometimes the months would be easy, we would be able to pay all bills and buy food, other months would be stressful, just hoping that enough money would come in to pay the rent for the house we live in now.

Even this year we have had months like that many times. But is has not been that stress-ful as I have learned to let go of the expectation of what I need. There have been months where we paid the rent in parts and our landlord has never complained, that is a gift.

For me the secret comes down to releasing the poverty consciousness.

Learning what real abundance is.

Knowing, and I mean really knowing that the universe does support us.

Letting go of any expectation of what we will receive in return.

I think one thing that also helped is all the clearings we have done over the years.

Bringing balance within my energies spiritually and physically.

Raising my frequency to allow me to see and feel more of myself.

Allowing me to connect with my source self and source.

From that place I was able to see the abundance for what it really is.

Freedom within my heart, freedom to gift and share without hesitation.

It also allowed me to see the steps I made toward this abundance as I have shared them in this e-book.

And it allowed me to experience the many ways that we are receiving abundance

I hope it will be a guide for others to receive the abundance they are looking for.
