IdenEficaEon  of  SWOTs  is  important  because  they  can  inform  later  steps  in  planning  to  achieve  the  objecEve.    First,  the  decision  makers  should  consider  whether  the  objecEve  is  aJainable,  given  the  SWOTs.  If  the  objecEve  is  not  aJainable  a  different  objecEve  must  be  selected  and  the  process  repeated.    Users  of  SWOT  analysis  need  to  ask  and  answer  quesEons  that  generate  meaningful  informaEon  for  each  category  (strengths,  weaknesses,  opportuniEes,  and  threats)  to  make  the  analysis  useful  and  find  their  compeEEve  advantage
