Note on Conference Fees:

All fees are inclusive of 6% SST.

Fees are inclusive of conference materials, lunch and refreshments.

EARLY BIRD rate is available until 31 May 2019.

Participation fee is claimable from HRDF SBL Scheme.

Note on Study Visits:

Study visits are open to FMM member attending the conference only and confirmation is based on first-come, first-served basis subject to approval of the host factory.

Inclusive of return transfer from Wisma FMM, Kuala Lumpur (no individual transportation is allowed).

PAYMENT Registration form must be returned to FMM by 13 June 2019. All confirmed participants must pay the full fee before the event,

otherwise registration will be cancelled.

REFUND OF FEES Cancellation must be in writing to FMM. If cancellation is received:

REPLACEMENT / CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW Replacement at no additional cost. FMM reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the programme. All efforts will be taken to inform

participants of any changes. If FMM decides to cancel or postpone the conference, FMM will not be responsible for covering airfare, hotel or

other travel costs incurred by participants. Participants who do not turn up at the event are liable for the full fee.

*Limited to 200 participants on a first-come, first-served basis. A fee of RM265.00 will be imposed on confirmed participants who fail
