1 Section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 2002-27under the Regional Health Authorities Act is amended

(a) in the definition “medical staff” by striking out“dental practitioners” and substituting “dental prac-titioners, nurse practitioners”;

(b) in the definition “privileges” b) à la définition de « privilèges »,

(i) in paragraph (c) of the English version bystriking out “or” at the end of the paragraph;

Under section 38 of the Lobbyists’ Registration Act,the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the followingRegulation:

Definition of “Act” Définition de « Loi »2 In this Regulation, “Act” means the Lobbyists’ Reg-istration Act.

In-house lobbyist Lobbyiste salarié3 For the purposes of the definition “in-house lobby-ist”,
