Also said to be a goddess of women, especially mothers.

Goddess of agriculture and civilization.

Mother of Perserpine. Daughter of Saturn and his wife Ops.

Neptune

God of the sea and water and of horses.Brother of Jupitor and Pluto.

Pluto

God of death and the underworld.

Son of Saturn.

Ruler of the underworld.

Kidnapped and married Ceres’ daughter Perserpine.

Mercury

The messenger god.

God of trade and commerce.

Son of Jupiter and Ops.

Wore winged shoes.

Vesta

Goddess of hearth home and family.

Girls selected as vestal virgins served her at her temple and kept her fire burning all the time.

Apollo
