CLP SERIES RADIOS: Small and lightweight, with simple one-button, push-to-talk operation. Durable design and long battery life will stand up to the everyday wear and tear of your fast-paced business. Narrowband ready, no monthly fees or annual contracts.

CLS SERIES RADIOS: Dependable coverage up to 200,000 square feet or 15 floors* and long battery life that provides up to 12 hours of use. Narrow-band ready, no monthly fees or annual contracts.

RDX SERIES RADIOS: Exceptional audio quality in the loudest environ-ments. The RDX series radios holds up under demanding industrial conditions and meets a number of Military specs including shock, rain, humidity, sand/dust, plus high and low temperature. Narrowband compliant, no costly monthly fees or annual contracts.

1. This offer is valid only on Motorola Solutions CLP™, CLS Series™, RDM™, RDX Series™, or DTR Series™ two-way radios purchased between September 1, 2013 and December 31, 2013. Offer excludes CLS1000, CLS1450c and all bulk (non-packaged) purchase models.

2. End customers (“Customer/company”) receive $120 rebate when they purchase 6 CLP™ Series (CLP1010, CLP1040, CLP1060, CLP1013*, CLP1043*, CLP1063*) or CLS Series ™ (CLS1110, CLS1410, CLS1413*) or $150 rebate when they purchase 6 RDM™ (RDM2020, RDM2080d) or RDX Series (RDV2020, RDV2080d, RDV5100, RDU2020, RDU2080d, RDU4100, RDU4160d, RDU2023*, RDU4103*, RDU4163d*, RDV5103*) or $180 rebate when they purchase 6 DTR™ Series (DTR410, DTR550) (*Canada only)

3. A minimum of six (6) radios must be purchased during promotion period to qualify for the rebates. Maximum of 10 total rebate submissions (60 radio units) are allowed per Customer/company. Multiple invoices accepted. Mixing between product series is not allowed.

4. Offer good only in the U.S.,Canada and Puerto Rico and is void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.

5. To receive rebate check, Customer/company must completely fill out the online submission form (available at www.motorolasavings.com). Customer/company will receive a confirmation page at the end of the online submission process. Finalize rebate submission by mailing in the following:

• Signed printout of completed online submission form confirmation page

• A copy of purchase receipt (packing slips not accepted)

• 1” x 3” barcode from product packaging for all radios purchased. The 1”x 3” barcode can be found on the outside of the product packaging. See the HELP section on www.motorolasavings.com for a sample and assistance in locating the appropriate barcode label.

• Send your rebate submission package to the address below. Submissions must be postmarked on or before 1/15/2014 and received by 1/31/2014.

6. Motorola is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected or postage due mail and shall not be responsible for any shipping or invoice delays. Illegible or incomplete forms will be considered invalid and ineligible for offer. Photocopies or mechanical reproductions of the 1”x 3” barcodes from product packaging will not be accepted. Motorola and its agents have the right to audit, validate or verify any purchases/sales claimed and serial numbers submitted. Eligible radios purchased and subsequently returned for refund are not eligible for the rebate under this promotion. Duplicate requests will not be considered..

7. This offer may not be combined with any other promotional offers, rebates, coupons or discounts. This promotional offer is not transferable. Any requests that do not comply with the terms of this promotion will be rejected. This promotion is subject to all local laws and regulations.

8. Fraudulent submissions could result in prosecution under U.S. Mail Faud Statute (18 USC Section 1241-1242). The submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information or documentation may result in disqualification from this promotion and from future Motorola promotions.

9. Reproduction, purchase, sale or trade of 1”x3” barcodes from product packaging is prohibited.
