According to LandlordZONE.co.ukdirector Tom Entwistle, the policiesunveiled by chancellor George Osbornewere "relatively kind" to landlords.

Following the Government’s suspension ofHome Information Packs (HIPs), HomeSale Network members cite the suspen-sion as one of the strongest influences inencouraging more people to enter theproperty market.
