USUALLY AT ATHLETES, THE HIP PAIN WHICH APPEARS IN THE FRONT OF THE HIP AND INNER THIGH IS CAUSED BY AN ADDUCTOR MUSCLE PULL OR STRAIN. THIS TYPE OF PAIN USUALLY OCCURS WHEN THE ADDUCTOR MUSCLES ARE STRESSED BEYOND LIMITS. BUT IN ORDER TO MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT DEVELOP MORE SERIOUS PROBLEMS, IT IS ALWAYS RECOMMENDED TO SEE A DOCTOR, ESPECIALLY IF THE PAIN PERSISTS.
