1,838 sq ft, which is flexible in its layout, with
sitting rooms to both floors, or the potential to use
the first floor reception as a stunning master
bedroom. The garden is private and the property
also benefits from a double garage, which could
be converted into further accommodation if
desired.
The front door leads into the hallway, with its
practical laminate flooring and a downstairs
cloakroom. To the right is the sitting room, a
lovely light room overlooking the front. A feature
stone wall partly separates the dining area which
overlooks the rear garden.
At the end of the hallway is the kitchen, well
fitted with a range of units and built-in double
oven and induction hob. A sliding door leads into
the utility room, with plumbing for washing
machine and space for tumble dryer. The
Worcester oil fired boiler is also here and a door
into the double garage.
Stairs off the hall lead to the first floor, where
there is access to 2 loft spaces. Four spacious
bedrooms plus a bathroom with spa bath and
shower over plus separate shower room give
plenty of family space and the real surprise to this
floor is a spacious second sitting room, which
takes full advantage of the far reaching views and
is a lovely light room to relax in. This room could
equally be an impressive master bedroom.
