Trying to keep tabs on multiple titles can be daunting. And the task becomes even more difficult when organizations unnecessarily buy multiple copies of the same software rather than additional licenses.

With multiple licenses, there are multiple purchase orders, serial numbers, DVD media, installation codes and documentation to manage. And someone has to make sense of it all.
