How to Get a Transcript or Letter with GPA

Health Compliance ◦ After orientation SOM continues to check

compliance First day of the academic year October 1 April 1

Any student out of compliance on these dates will automatically be charged the $150 Late Compliance Fee.

No exceptions.

We strongly recommend that you check your compliance every month.
