1. Just how bad is this toxic situation?

Toxins represent one of the biggest threats to modern day health

We are only just beginning to see the long term effects that previously unheard of environmental toxins are now having on our environment

The world is now so polluted that no corner is untouched, industrial smokestacks have carried Dioxins, PCB's, and other potent triggers of cancer to every corner of the globe,

Inuit breast milk is so contaminated it would legally have to go to a toxic waste dump for disposal

Why are toxins so bad?

To protect the itself from the effect of toxic overload the body will lay down fat tissue to store it safely away from vital organs

Toxins will have an adverse effect on hormones, causing stunted growth development, excess weight gain and will have a catabolic effect on muscle tissue

Microwaves should not be used for the following reasons

broccoli "zapped" in the microwave with a little water lost up to 97 percent of the beneficial antioxidant chemicals it contains. By comparison, steamed broccoli lost 11 percent or fewer of its antioxidants.

After the war, the Russians had retrieved some of these microwave ovens and conducted thorough research on their biological effects. So alarmed by what they learned, the Russians banned microwave ovens in 1976.

a study done by Dr. Hans Hertel, a Swiss food scientist, who concluded that microwave cooking significantly altered food's nutrients -- so significantly that it may have had a harmful effect on participants' blood.

Dr. Hertel's study was met with great resistance from those with much to lose. After a gag order by a Swiss trade organization was removed, his study was finally published in 1992. Dr. Hertel's startling findings showed that microwave cooking resulted in:

Increased cholesterol levels More leukocytes, or white blood cells, which can suggest poisoning Decreased numbers of red blood cells Production of radiolytic compounds (compounds unknown in

nature) Decreased hemoglobin levels, which could indicate anemic

tendencies

What can I do about environmental toxins?

Use safer versions of deodorants, washing powders and household products

Buy organic food ( still needs to be healthy!) If it’s a choice between not eating veg and eating non organic veg

then you should still eat non organic Reverse Osmosis water filter installed, Drink a lot of water!! Use cast iron cookware Reduce mobile phone usage (this will also decrease stress) Wear a Q link Take natural detoxifiers such as good quality fish oil, drink lots of

clean filtered water and eat lot’s of nutrients from veg, and various fruits.
