What is Passion and Purpose

Passion is define as a strong and barely controllable emotion. You can’t stop talking about your passion, you wear your passion as a permanent visible/invisible crown. *It is apart of you.*

The Latin root of passion mean to suffer or *endure suffering or ridicule from others.*

Purpose is define as the reason for which something is done or created for which something exist.

The root word for purpose means an aim or a goal one wish to achieve.

Why Should You Discover Your Life’s Passion and Purpose

We are all created on purpose to fulfill our life’s passion

Once we are vulnerable, we are allowed to remove to mask and live life loudly, boldly and fearlessly.

Allow your light to shine instead of dimming your light or shrinking your greatness.

Passion help you to become transparent and free. Passion cannot be faked!

You will stop giving passion killers permission to kill your passion, dreams and power.

Identify Your Strengths and Turn Into Your Passion

Passion is the root to discovering your strengths. Many people are lost when it come to identifying their passion.

Within our culture, we are programmed to be intellects and choose fields that will bring us money. Hence, many people are unhappy within their lives and careers. many suppress their true strengths and passion.

Stop overanalyzing, fantasizing, and verbalizing your strengths and passion.

Make a gratitude list throughout the day, before you start your day and before you go to bed.

Get a notebook or cute journal and dedicate to writing three to five things you are grateful for.

Share Your Gratitude with others such as a life coach, accountability partner, significant other, sister-friend and people who need encouragement.
