Portion 1 (Modular Building) The development of the modular two-story building per the District’s standards and requirements. DLR Group will develop the design based on the Modular Building Manufacturer’s Bid and the District’s design standards. DLR Group provide details, design oversight throughout the development and approval of the modular building and including the following design and engineering services for the fire alarm and signal systems. The Modular Manufacturer’s services will include the following design and engineering services in order to receive the Division of the State Architect’s review and approval for permitting: structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression. Portion 2 (Site Adaption) The development of the site adaption package associated with the placement of the modular building at the site. This will include all necessary site utilities, fire alarm and low voltage connections to the existing systems and all path-of-travel, rough grading, construction of the building foundation, finish grading, site hardscape, landscaping and signage.

Foundation The Modular Building Manufacturer shall be responsible for the Design and Engineering of the Modular Building’s Foundation including building attachment points and utility sizes and locations. The Site Contractor shall be responsible to provide the building foundation as designed. Acceptable foundations types include; Slab on grade; Slab on grade foundation to include footings, thickened slab edges, elevator pit walls, reinforcing steel, and building attachment points. Raised floor foundation; Raised floor foundation to include stem wall footings, concrete filled metal decking, elevator pit walls, reinforcing steel, building attachment points, vented crawl space with a rodent slab.

Bid responses are to clearly state which foundation type is being proposed.

Exterior Walls

Exterior Finish System

Three coat exterior plaster over metal lath. Provide scratch, brown, and color coat (sand finish). Provide expansion joints, control joins, metal screeds, and flashing as noted on drawings and as required. Exterior plaster finish to be 7/8” thick with integral color, painted with elastomeric paint, over moisture barrier, over plywood sheathing over 2x6 minimum wood studs with 5/8” type X gypsum board on the interior face with thermal insulation. Achieve no less than a thermal resistance value of R-19 and as required by California Energy Code (thermal resistance value is the more stringent value)

Exterior Finish Alternate 1; One Coat Stucco System, painted with elastomeric paint:

Finish coat with integral color, over 3/8” to 5/8” modified Portland cement plaster base coat, over metal lath, over moister barrier, over plywood substrate. Exterior Finish Alternate 2; Direct Applied Exterior Finish System (DEFS): 100% Acrylic based Finish Coat, over Portland cement and polymer Base Coat and reinforcing mesh, over a substrate of 5/8” cementitious backer board, over a moisture barrier. All Substrate joints are to be prepped per manufacturer’s recommendations for a smooth finish. The exterior wall texture and color are to match the existing adjacent buildings. Total Wall Type DA Direct Applied Exterior Finish System or equal. Bid responses are to clearly state which exterior finish system is being proposed.

Exterior columns are to be clad with brick. Brick cladding is to extend to the second floor balcony guardrail height level, as indicated. Top portion of the columns are to be clad with plaster.

Floor Construction and Finishes

Ground Floor Construction

Slabs-on-grade and rodent slabs are to bear over a vapor retarder. The vapor retarder membrane (Stego Industries, or equal) will be no less than 15mils thick (ACI 302.1 R96) and have a minimum permance of 0.04 (ASTM E96) and water vapor barrier that meets or exceeds Class C (ASTM E1745). Exposed concrete floor finishes require additional measures to reduce the potential for cracking so microfiber mesh will be included in the mix design.Restroom subfloors to be depressed a minimum of 2” to allow for the floor tiles to slope to the floor drains.

Second Floor Construction

Acceptable Second floor types include;

A. Wood Framed with light-weight concrete;

Classrooms and Labs; Plywood sub-floor with 1 ½” minimum thickness, self-leveling gypsum floor underlayment. Maxxon Corporation Gyp-Crete 2000/3.2k or equal. Gyp-Crete surface to be prepared for a smooth application of floor finish. Acoustic batt insulation between floor joists.

Walk-off tiles; Shaw Industries, 24” x 24” Path Walk-Off Tiles; Selected from Manufacturer’s standard colors. Provide walk-off tiles, 6’ x 6’ at all exterior doors where carpet occurs.

Science Classroom / Lab; Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT): VCT with 4-inch high rubber wall base.

Toilet Rooms Ceramic floor tile: ceramic tile over a sloped-to-drain mortar bed with epoxy or furan grout. Non-slip ceramic tile is based on Keystones manufactured by Dal-tile, 2-inch square unglazed tile with 6-inch high coved ceramic tile wall base. Provide two colors with 50% of the tile from price group 2, and 50% from price group 4. Use epoxy grout for floor applications.

Custodian and Electrical / Data Rooms; Sealed concrete with 4-inch high rubber wall base, with floor sloped to drain.

Roofing System – Pitch Roof

Metal tile roof system (Class A). Roofing system over membrane underlayment and roof joists with 3 in 12 pitch or as noted and achieve no less than a thermal resistance value of R-30 and as required by California Energy Code, (thermal resistance value is the more stringent value), thermal foil-faced (FSK fiberglass insulation. Panels and related flashings to be a minimum 26 gauge. Panel profile to simulate clay roofing tiles. Gutters and downspouts will drain away from building through an underground storm drain system. Metal roofing and gutters to receive Kynar 500 manufacturer’s standard two-coat finish. 3-inch downspouts to be copper.

Warranty: Roofing Applicator’s Guarantee: Maintain this work and flashings in a watertight condition for a 5-year period from Date of Acceptance. Metal Tile Roof Panel Guarantee by Roofing Manufacturer: Manufacturer’s twenty (20) year roofing system “water-tight condition” and “repair” guarantee. Guarantee shall be a term type, not pro-rated and without deductibles or limitations on coverage amount.

Vertical Access – Stairs and Elevator

Elevator; 2 stop, Modular, gurney compliant, 3,500 lbs, hydraulic elevator. Hydraulic Jack; In-ground Travel Distance; 11’-0” Elevator Pit Depth; 4’-0” Power Supply;480 Volts/ 3 PH/ 60 HZ Cab interior and doors; manufacturer’s standard stainless steel. In-cab controls, elevator call buttons, and hall lanterns, manufacturer’s standard. Elevator to be compliant with ADA Guide lines and the California Building Code. Modular Elevator Manufacturing or equal.

Egress Stairs; Concrete filled metal pan stairs with C channel stringers. Floor finish to be Dex-o-Tex Elastatex 500 Urethane Decking, fluid applied elastomeric waterproofing or equal. Underside of the egress stairs to have lath & plaster finish over light gage metal or 2x wood framing.

Egress Balcony; Concrete filled metal decking with light-weight concrete fill. Crown the concrete to sheet drain off either side of the bridge. Floor finish to be Dex-o-Tex Elastatex 500 Urethane Decking, fluid applied elastomeric waterproofing or equal. Underside of the bridge to have lath & plaster finish over light gage metal or 2x wood framing.

Accessible Bridge; The proposed bridge shall slope up from the existing walkway at 1351’ +/- to the second floor elevation of 1355’. The slope of the bridge requires it to meet the requirements of an accessible ramp. Maximum slope to be 0.083%

Guardrails at +3’-6” high with vertical pickets spaced to allow for a gap no larger than 4”.

Continuous 1 ½” diameter handrails at +2’-10” high. Concrete filled metal decking with concrete fill. Crown the concrete to sheet drain off either side of the bridge. Floor finish to be Dex-o-Tex Elastatex 500 Urethane Decking, fluid applied elastomeric waterproofing or equal. Site contractor to provide an opening in the existing site fencing and curb at the top of the existing retaining wall to provide an accessible path of travel to the proposed bridge.

Site Stairs; The proposed site stairs shall provide access from the existing walkway at 1350 +/- down to the first floor level and up to the second floor level. Site stairs to include a landing, level with the existing walkway and cast-in-place concrete stairs leading down to the first floor. CMU retaining walls with plaster finish to be provided to support the landing and stairs. Stairs leading up from the landing to the second floor to be concrete filled, metal pan stairs with steel stringers. Guardrails and handrails to be provided;

Guardrails at +3’-6” high with vertical pickets spaced to allow for a gap no larger than 4”.

Continuous 1 ½” diameter handrails at +2’-10” high.

Water Resistance and Moisture Management Exterior walls are to provide the building with a weather-resistant exterior wall envelope. The exterior wall envelope shall include flashing, a water –resistive barrier behind the exterior veneer, and a means for draining water that enters the assembly to the exterior. Provide a minimum 6” high concrete curb at the exterior walls or as an alternate, provide 6” high water proofing at the exterior walls. At a minimum, the water-proofing is to consist of 6” high bituminous membrane over backing. Membrane is to be installed behind the water-resistive barrier and sealed to the slab with caulking. Concrete sub-floors are to be sealed where adhered floor finishes occur as required by flooring finish manufacturer to allow for the proper adhesion of the floor finishes. Sub-floors are to be tested for compliance with maximum moisture content and other conditions affecting the proper adhesion of floor finishes. Concrete surfaces to be compliant with floor finish manufacturer’s written installation guidelines. Roof assemblies are to provide the building with a weather-resistant barrier. Weather-resistant barrier is to include a roofing system including flashing with manufacturer’s warranty, and gutters and down-spouts. Flashing to be provided at all changes of roof slope, roof eave and rake, and at all roof penetrations. Finish grade at planting areas is to be 4” to 6” below the interior finish floor level. Planting areas are to slope away from the building. Irrigation system is to be designed and installed to prevent spray from hitting the structure. Concrete walkways are to slope away from the building a minimum of 1% with a maximum cross slope of 2%.

Interior Walls; Shear walls and non-bearing

2x stud walls with painted, 5/8” type ‘X’ gypsum wallboard each side of interior walls.

At classroom and pull-out rooms, install vinyl wallcovering over gypsum wallboard. Vinyl Wallcovering to be direct applied over 5/8” type ‘X’ gypsum wallboard. Gypsum wallboard surfaces shall be prepared and primed for a smooth application of the vinyl Wallcovering.:

Vinyl Wallcovering to match Campus Standard; Koroseal Wall Covering, Pattern; Grande. Color to be selected from Manufacturer’s standards.

Korogard Wall Protection System, 4’ high in the corridor. Color to be selected from Manufacturer’s standards. Provide Koroseal Wall Covering above the Wall Protection system.

Shear walls. If proposed by the Modular Builder, shear walls are to be coordinated with the architect and owner and locations are to be shown on the 60% review issue drawings.

All interior walls will extend to the floor structure above or to the underside of the roof structure for acoustical privacy, with acoustical sound batts between the 2x6 wood studs the full height of the wall. Refer to “Noise Level” Section for additional information.

Toilet room will be finished with 6 inch square and 12 inch square ceramic wall tile, semi-gloss finish by Dal-Tile. Tile will be installed full height. Provide two colors, with 50% of the tile from price group 2, and 50% from price group 4. Included is matching bullnose, surface bullnose, double bullnose ceramic shapes in sized coordinated with the field tile. At doors/openings provide marble threshold, white or gray, honed finished; 4 inches wide by full width of wall or frame opening; ½ inch thick; beveled one long edge at 1:2 slope with radiused corners on top side. Use epoxy grout for wall applications. Tile pattern shall be a 50% blend of two sizes and colors. Tile colors and pattern shall be coordinated with the architect.

Wall tiles in restrooms shall be adhered with polymer-modified thin-set mortar to 5/8” minimum thick cementitious backer board.

At rated Electrical Rooms wall assemblies will comply with UL rated designs.

Smooth finishes, no battens.

Flat Backing

Provide 48” x 48” x 16 gage flat backing for the wall mounted flat screen TVs at (1) location per each classroom. The flat screen weight is 255 pounds. Flat backing and wall to be engineered to support a 400 pound load to allow for the flat screen TV and mounting bracket.

Windows, Doors and Openings

Exterior windows and storefront will be double-pane, low-e insulated fixed glass in hollow metal frames. Windows will provide thermal insulation by means of the ½-inch air gap between the dual-panes.

Interior and exterior windows will be welded hollow metal frames. Hollow metal frames of smaller window openings are 16 gauge, and frames of larger window-walls are 14 gauge. Windows are to have true, welded hollow metal intermediate mullions, matching the profile of the window frames. Refer to drawing A5.1 ELEVATIONS included in the RFP for mullion pattern.

Windows in interior walls, sidelight and transoms at classroom and other interior locations are single pane, clear laminated or tempered safety glass.

All exterior pedestrian door frames will be 14 gauge, galvanized, welded hollow metal, reinforced for hardware, and chemically treated for maximum adhesion of field-applied paint.

Exterior classroom doors will be 16 gauge and will have glass vision panels and fixed transom windows.

All exterior head of frames to include an integral drip cap. Metal doors to be reinforced at closer attachment points.

Exterior corridor pedestrian doors and frames will have upper and lower vision panels, panic hardware, and fixed transom windows. Appearance of these doors to be similar to those in the adjacent building. Exterior doors to be full flush, thermal-rated doors with view panels. Core to be manufacturer’s standard.

Interior pedestrian doors will typically be solid-core wood, painted with transom windows in 16 gauge, welded hollow metal frames. Doors at storage rooms, equipment rooms, toilet rooms and private offices will be flush face with no transom windows. Refer to “Noise Level” Section for additional information.

Pedestrian doors will be typically 3 feet wide by 7 feet high by 13/4 inches. At vocal and drum classroom labs one set of doors will be 4 feet wide by 7 feet high by 13/4 inches.

Ceilings

High performance coatings, epoxy paint will be used in all moisture producing locations.

90%, or more, of the total volumes of such products shall meet the applicable VOC content requirements of the California Air Resources Board (CARB) 2007, Suggested Control Measure (SCM) for Architectural Coatings, or the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) Rule 1113, effective June 3, 2011. Aerosol paintings and coatings shall comply with CALGreen section 5.504.1.3.1.

Sanitary Facilities

The number of water closets, urinals and lavatories provided will be in accordance with the number of building occupants and type of building occupancy as determined from the 2013 California Plumbing Code’s (CPC) requirements. Noise Levels and Interior Sound Transmission

Acoustical Performance Design Requirements: As a minimum, meet the requirements of the 2014 Edition California Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS) Criteria for New Construction Moderations, Indoor Environmental Quality’s EQ 14.1 – Enhanced Acoustical Performance.

EQ 14.1 requirements include;

Minimum STC ratings for wall and floor-ceiling assemblies’

Minimum STC ratings for doors,

Interior Reverberation Time Requirements,

Exterior-source Background Noise,

Indoor to Indoor attenuation of airborne noise,

Structure-borne impact sound isolation,

Fixed sound-absorptive panels will be located in the Vocal and Drum Classroom Labs and where required by the EQ 14.1 requirements. Panels to be back mounted, edge reinforced rigid glass-fiber board panels on all walls.

Interior windows to have a minimum STC rating of 56. Sound rated interior window assembly with slanted, laminated safety glass.

Electrical Equipment Rooms: All electrical transformers will be supported on separate concrete pads and vibration isolators.

Building Insulation

Thermal insulation will be provided for building roof, walls and doors of type and fire resistance to comply with applicable code requirements. Science/Lab Classroom: 40 linear feet of base cabinets with 24” clear depth inside cabinet. The base cabinets are to have 3 sinks with clay traps (see plumbing section), 2 levels of adjustable shelves, and 6 duplex power outlets capable of charging 12 engineering robots at a time.

Mechanical Systems

Modular Building Manufacturer shall provide a complete mechanical system including engineering and installation. Mechanical system shall connect to the existing campus EMS system. HVAC heating and cooling load calculation for system and equipment sizing are to be performed in accordance with 2013 California Energy Code.

The design building envelope for new buildings shall comply with Chapter 5, 2013 Title 24, Part 6, California Energy Code for minimum wall, roof insulation and low E fenestration using performance approach. For general occupied spaces such as classrooms, the minimum ventilation requirements shall comply with 2013 California Mechanical Code, Table 402.1. Areas such as storages, custodian closets and restrooms shall comply with Table 403.7, minimum exhaust rates.

The exhaust fans on roof shall be down shot type and comply with CMC section 506.9 exhaust outlets. The variable refrigerant flow (VRF) air conditioning system (4-pipes) with dedicated outside air furnished for each unit with ductless cassette units wall mounted or recessed mounted in the soffit in the classrooms. Provide a new direct environmental control and energy management system (ECMS) with malfunction alarms and service scheduling / recording and VRF communication module connection the VRF with EMCS. Electrical and Data rooms are to be conditioned to maintain space temperature below 80 degree F to ensure the proper safety and function of the electronic equipment. The cooling only AC unit capacities are sized based on the heat dissipation of the electrical equipment that is given by the electrical engineer/IT consultant. Data room A/C system shall be an independent, wall mounted Computer Room Air Conditioning unit (CRAC).

Plumbing clay traps to be provided at sinks in the Science/Lab Room.

Tankless Hot Water:

Provide water saving fixtures for custodian, faculty restrooms, student restrooms, and Boys & Girls restrooms. Provide tempered water at student restrooms and faculty restroom. Provide hot and cold water at the custodial room.

Only cold water will be provided for student fixtures at science laboratories. Provide Type “L” copper pipe for above ground installation and Type “K” copper pipe for underground installation of the domestic Hot and Cold Water piping. Hot water pipe shall be insulated per current CEC Standards for Non-Residential Buildings. Provide hot water circulating pump for long distance pipe runs.

Sanitary Waste and Vent System:

Sanitary waste and vent system shall be provided for each plumbing fixture. Floor drains with trap primers shall be provided in each restroom and custodian room. Hard wired operated type trap primer will be provided for low flow rate water saving fixture. Floor sink shall be provided in mechanical equipment room and water heater room.

No-hub cast iron with elastomeric coupling secured with stainless steel bands for waste, storm drainage and vent piping above grade.

Locations of the utilities within the building and the POCs shall be coordinated with the project civil engineer and architect.

Fire Protection System

The Modular Building Manufacturer is responsible for the engineering and installation of the Fire Protection System.

Building will have a full coverage, wet pipe system per NFPA 13. Refer to the fire life safety for fire protection system hazard classifications and code references.

Sprinkler systems will be hydraulically designed as follows:

Light Hazard occupancies: 0.10 gpm density over 1,500 sq. ft. Ordinary Hazard Occupancies: 0.15 gpm density over 1,500 sq. ft.

The water pressure from the most recent Service Advisory Report (SAR) is required for the design and engineering of the system. Coordinate with owner to obtain a SAR.

Sprinkler lines within the building shall be concealed within the structure. Routing of piping in non-concealed exposed areas shall be coordinated with Architect.

Fire Sprinkler piping 3 inch and larger (below ground): PVC ASTM D 1784 Cell Class 1245B and AWWA C900 (Pressure Class 200 (DR14)).

Fire Sprinkler piping (above ground): Schedule 40 Black Steel (CCR = 1.0 or greater)

Chrome pendant spray type sprinkler heads with matching escutcheons will be provided in areas with finished ceiling. Exterior escutcheons shall by poly-coated or concealed type to prevent rusting and oxidation. Upright sprinkler type will be provided for exposed piping areas.

Electrical System

Electrical Engineering:

Modular Building Manufacturer is responsible for the engineering and installation of the line voltage electrical systems including the sizing and installation of a transformer within the Modular Building. The site contractor will provide a power feed including conduit raceway from the campus electrical service and a disconnect switch located in the Modular Building electrical room for the Modular Building Manufacturer to tie into.

Concealed Conduit raceways.

All conduits, junction boxes, and pull boxes shall be concealed except for within the Data Room and the Electrical room.

Labeling/Identification for Electrical Systems;

The electrical system to be labeled per the District Standards. Elements to be labeled include; Junction Boxes, receptacles, switches, panels, pull-boxes, and miscellaneous devices. Labels shall be self-adhesive, clear Pre-printed vinyl with black lettering. Labels for panels and pull-boxes shall be laminated acrylic or melamine, factory lettered, fastened with rivets.

Provide wire markers on each conductor in panel boards, gutters, pull boxes, and at load connection.

Receptacles;

Flex Classrooms / Labs to have an average of 2 per wall – total 8 per classroom. Maximum 8 feet between outlets. Additional outlets per following:

Receptacle at ceiling for ceiling mounted video projector.

Power at designated teacher’s desk area.

A laptop charging station receptacle capable of securing the teacher’s laptop and providing the storage for power supplies shall be installed and integrated into the classroom. This installation may require additional power circuitry.

Science Classroom / Labs: 9 at student stations, 1 at demonstration table, plus 4 others for general use – total 14 per room. An additional 6 duplex outlets to be provided for engineering robot charging, refer to casework section.

Interior Circulation, Exterior Circulation Areas: Receptacles at 12 feet on center, maximum.

Restrooms: 1 GIF, duplex convenience outlet in each restroom.

Wall mounted switch and power outlet to have stainless steel cover plates and be hospital grade with minimum of 20 Amp circuits.

Lighting System:

General: Lighting system shall consist of new lighting fixtures, fed from 120/208 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire (or 120/240V, 1 phase) panel boards in electrical rooms.

Lighting Controls: Occupancy sensors will be used to control the lighting system in classrooms and support area. Daylight saving controls will be utilized to dim lights when there is sufficient daylight. The automatic dimming controls will be interconnected digitally with light sensors in daylight zone area. Outdoor and site lights will be controlled by digital timers, photo cell controls, motion sensors and dimming controls.

Classrooms: The lighting system shall include multiple rows of pendant mounted indirect-direct LED fixtures (with 0-10V dimming driver) in Classrooms and Labs with vaulted ceilings. Indirect / direct pendant system provides better balanced illumination with less glare. Classrooms and Labs with suspended acoustical ceiling provide multiple rows of LED Linear fixtures. Finelite LED ID direct/indirect linear pendent fixtures and Finelite LED R direct recessed linear fixtures, Finelite LED WW-R linear wall-washer or equal.

In compliance with California Energy Code requirements, lighting system will operate in three modes, general illumination, quiet mode and A/V mode. A ceiling or wall mounted wall washing fixtures for teaching wall’s white board shall be installed to provide vertical illumination. The lighting system will provide an average of 35-50 foot candles at task level, minimum 25 foot candles at the student’s desks (worst case 3 feet from walls) and adequate levels at ceiling and vertical surfaces.

Digital dimming switches to be provided at the teachers desk and at the door. On/off switches will be provided at door. Digital Switches for whiteboard fixtures, A/V mode, diming up/down and Quite Time shall be provided at teacher desk.

Restrooms: Surface / Recessed mounted vandal-proof LED lighting fixtures will be designed for restrooms to provide 10 foot candles of lighting.

Exterior Lighting: LED fixtures light fixtures wall mounted on building exterior will be designed to provide 2 foot candles of lighting at the exterior walkways. Exterior lighting system with dimming will comply with new Title 24 requirements. The exterior lighting fixtures close to property lines will include shields to avoid light spillage beyond the property lines. The built-in motion sensors at exterior lighting fixtures shall automatically dim down lights to minimum security levels.

Fire Alarm System:

Site Contractor shall be responsible for the installation of a complete Fire Alarm System except for the installation of the conduit raceways within the Modular Building.

Modular Building Manufacturer shall be responsible for the installation of the conduit raceways within the Modular Building including device back-boxes, pull-boxes, and terminal connection cabinets. Modular Building Manufacturer shall coordinate with the Site Contractor and provide the conduit raceway per the approved fire alarm design drawings and specifications.

New automatic fire alarm system complying with NFPA 72 will be installed. Building will be provided with a fire alarm control panel and report back to the existing network annunciator in the Administration building.

Smoke and heat detectors will be installed at all interior location as needed. Horns will be provided at exterior of building.

Connections to all smoke dampers and other devices will be installed by mechanical contractor. Power shut down interface for all HVAC systems will be installed as indicated per mechanical specifications.

Fire alarm system will be provided with integral battery system for 24 hour stand by and five minute alarm for new fire alarm control panel and all power supplies.

Signaling System:

Signaling and technology will be per Saugus Union School District Information Technology Guidelines and Standards.

The conduits pathways within the Modular Building and equipment shall be provided by the Modular Building Manufacturer to support an Integrated IP Based Communication and AV system. All data outlets shall home run to the data room in conduit. Conduit to be sized for CAT 6 cabling, allowing to 50% furure expansion.

The Site Contractor shall provide Fiber Optic Cabling from the campus IDF room to the new classroom building data room. Site Contractor shall provide underground conduit to extent the existing conduit raceway and a pull-box within the new classroom building data room.

Data cabling within the Modular Building shall be provided by the Owner.

Signaling system shall include the following;

Data Rooms WLAN Wireless cabling and Infrastructure. Two wireless access points at classrooms, lab, and in the pull-out spaces. Four wireless access points at computer lab. 8 data outlets with CAT 6 cabling adjacent to duplex power outs in each Classrooms, Lab, and Pull-Out spaces. Classroom Audio Video System with AV controls at the Teacher’s desk. Provide power and a 4s data box at the teaching wall at +7’-0” for a wall mounted Flat Screen TV. Provide an additional 4s data box below the flat screen TV location at +18”. Provide 1” diameter conduit from each data box stubbed out 6” into the utility soffit. Refer to Exterior and Interior wall paragraphs in this document for backing requirements. VOIP Telephone System Paging, Bells, Intercom, VOIP, and Emergency Notification to be provided in the new classroom building and tied into the existing campus systems. Modular Building Manufacturer shall coordinate with the user and architect in the design of the Signaling systems.
