The Parts of a PFS and a Business Plan
• The marketing aspect of a business plan provides estimates of the potential sources of revenues of enterprise.
• The technical or production aspect discusses the cost in manufacturing a product or providing a service, from planning stage to actual operations.
• The organizational aspect covers the appropriate form of organization as well as the number of personnel needed to get the business going
• The financial aspect consolidates the monetary impact of the revenues expected from the marketing efforts and strategies, the cost and expenses incurred in producing the product or service, as well as the expenses in running the organization. If revenues are greater than the expenses, the business makes profit.
THE MARKETING PLAN
- It is a written document that outlines in great detail what the organization hopes to accomplish by following the plan.
Target market
Potential customers can be classified in many different categories: by age, civil status, income bracket, occupation, geographic area, and so forth.
Marketing Mix
- It refers to the set of actions, or tactics that uses to promote its brand or product in the market
Sales Forecast
- Sales forecast are estimates of your sales for the forecast period.
