HOLY HOP CIRCUS was founded in 2015 in the south of Belgium. This trio is made of three musicians from the rock scene: François Arnould (guitar and vocal lead), Pierre Ughi (bass guitar) and Charles Roynet (drums). The power trio with multiple influences mainly get its inspi- ration from rock n’ roll) Dr Feelgood, Rory Gallagher, Jimi Hendrix…). Since June 2016, HOLY HOP CIRCUS hit the scene with their original compositions and contagious energy. No fewer than 100 concerts in Belgium, France in Luxem- bourg. Come and take part in the Holy Hop Circus on next concerts! FEW IMPORTANT DATES: • January 2018, the band went into the studio to record their first album. • May 2018, release of the clip Police Station. • June 2018, Holy Hop Circus releases its first album (10 songs) recorded and mixed at Chênée Palace (B) by Jean- Charles Cremers, Lucas Serruya and Christophe Roth. • Octobre 2018, the band releases its own beet, the “Rulles Holy Hop Circus” which, as its name implies, is brewed in the Brewery of Rulles. • December 2018, release of the clip Hop-Hop (live at the Entrepot in Arlon). • January 2019, BX1 TV, appearance of the clip Hop-Hop (live at the Entrepot) in the show OCTAVE. • February 2019, many appearances in the show We Will Rock You of Laurent Deboeuf on Classic 21. • October 2019, release of an EP of 5 songs made for the French market. Promotion with numerous planned appearances on French radios (media Ferarock, Quota, Campus, RCF…). • VIA MIRABELLE TV – ITV and live in the show “la Boite à M’Alice”. • December 2019, release of a limited edition vinyl version of the first album of the group. • March 2020, all concerts have been postponed or cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The band makes the most of this time to lock themselves down in their studio, focusing on the composition of their new songs. • September 2020, the band went into the studio to record their new songs. • December 2020, release of the clip Hop Hop, cartoon clip realized in collaboration with the Ministry of Animation and Audio Concept ASBL.
