THE POWER OF STUDENT TEAMS APPENDIX C KEY 21ST-CENTURY SKILLS The term 21st-century skills is widely used in education and generally references the skills, work habits, and character traits commonly desired in today’s and tomorrow’s workplaces. The table below highlights some of these skills that have been identified by various organizations. We bolded some of the most frequently mentioned skills across all organizations—note their close alignment to academic teaming.
