Hence, the ad-hoc culture surrounding internships in India should and would change.

It does NOT count if

• You won a hand writing competition in 5th std

• You won a fancy dress competition when 25

• You scored highest marks in school in Maths in 10th std

• You attended an ethical hacking workshop in college

• You presented a paper on ‘Global Economy’ as part of your Economics course

• You were a house captain in school or a cricket champ
