y If someone asks you for your password or shares their password with you, report it immediately.

When Will Customers Receive Late Fees?If a customer states they thought they had more time to pay their bill and never previously received a late fee:

1. Review the account and let the customer know a late fee is applied when a payment is not made by the due date.

2. Sprint is aligning our system to enforce our policy to charge late fees for any unpaid balance after the due date.

3. This change conforms to the industry standard of assessing a late fee immediately after due date.

What’s changing? 11/1/16: Late fees will begin to assess if customers don’t make payments on their due date.

» Customers used to get additional time before the late fee was applied as it was assessed based on cycle cut-off date, but this will no longer be the case.

Exclusions: » Corporate Liable (CL) customers with a non-standard net term due date (45, 60, 90) are excluded.

» All late fee parameters currently in effect will remain which excludes CL (non-individual) government Account Type/Sub Type from late fees.

Why the change? » To mirror our Late Fees per our Terms and Conditions which states: “Payment is due in full as stated on your bill. If we do not receive payment in full by date specified on your bill, a late payment may be applied to the total unpaid balance”.

» Generate additional revenue to Sprint.
