Our student-based union prioritizes those in which we're most determined to serve; the students.

We recognize that when the Union's plans are created and implemented without seeking the involvement of the students, we will fail to fulll their needs. By inverting the structure, the students will be the main driving force of the Union, leading to a more fulll-

ing outcome.

The SU's Functional Committees areRepresentation and External Affairs Committee: Should be responsible to represent the student body, ght for their rights, and work constantly to aware students with their rights & responsibilities.

Academic Services and Representation Committee: should be responsible for oering academic services and representation that will ease the students' aca-demic lives, and enhance the students' academic qualities.

Public Relations and Networking Committee: should be the image of the Student Union, and should work to connect the student union with students creating a real Student Union by denition.

Student Life and Events Committee: should be responsible for entertaining students, enhancing their lives, and creating an interesting atmosphere for them at AUC.

Human Resources and Development Committee: should be responsible for developing future leaders who can enforce change into their community through engagement and self development.

Fundraising and Partnerships Committee: should be responsible for raising funds for the union and partnering up with companies in order to deliver the best quality to students.

Public Services Committee: should provide the services needed for students upon their requests and needs.

1. All committees will process research and development to ensure that the quality of services provided during the

year is according to the students’ needs and requirements.

2. The success of this plan will be measured to the entity's key performance indicators (KPIs), formed by

our cabinet and reviewed by Human Resources & Development Committee.

3. The success of this plan is dependent upon the development of a strong and healthy relationship between the Union and the students. This requires

positive engagement at many levels within all organizations, associations and the student government.
