The Pitch Solace-Eden

• For my animation I’m doing cell animation as it is Easier and relevant for the

animation

• I have based my story on a true story and it has been done by someone, but

with my story I’ve changed a lot of things to make it my own but keeping the

moral the same.

• There are two main characters in my story a boy and his mother. The mum has

one eye and she gets called names for it.

• Her son gets bullied a lot for it so he disowns his mom.

Synopsis

Equipment• For my cell work I will need:

• a light box, so I can trace the previous picture and also so the characters

won’t look slightly different.

• Pencil/pens to draw with.

• Paper to draw my animations on.

How I will animate/

process• Before I animate I will create a storyboard, so when animate I know what to draw next.

• I will then start to draw my animation on an a5 paper. And when making the next frame I will

use a light box to trace the previous picture.

• I will carry on doing this till I’ve drawn all my frames.

• I will then take a photo of the frames and use a ruler so all the frames are all taken from the

same place.

• When the frames are captured with a camera then, they will be put on the mac to edit and

using software's such as: Final cut pro I can add Music and sound effects.

This 3 second video consists of 19 frames I plan on making a 1.5 minute

video, therefore I will be using approximately 540 frames to make my

animation
