AVIATION XTREME($375 per hour. It takes between 8 - 10 minutes for each person)

Have you ever dreamed of piloting an advanced fighter jet? Experience the rush of flight and fly a variety of missions and scenarios under the guidance of simulator instructors.

MAX FLIGHT($500.00 per hour, for a minimum of 2 hours); 2 people per flight; each flight is around 10 minutes)

Ride in our new plane and roller-coaster simulator. This pod can spin 360 degrees sideways and nose over tail.

OPEN COCKPITS (A7, F-111, F100 AND B57) AND COCKPIT ALLEY (2 Hours max) Free.

Depends on Wing Over the Rockies volunteer availability and meal required.

BLIMP($300.00 for 2 hours max)

Watch as our indoor blimp flies around your event dropping off paper items to promote, gift or prizes for your private event.

RADIO CONTROLLED PLANES($200 per hour)

Fly a radio-controlled airplane with the help from a certified flight instructor on a buddy box system. All equipment and training is provided.

3D FLIGHT DEMONSTRATION($200 per hour)

Watch as a radio-controlled plane performs amazing aerial maneuvers such as, torque rolls, loops, spins and much more. Certified pilot or pilots can perform a dual show.

PREMIER EVENT PLANNING PACKAGE $1,500 This full service package offers you personalize services that will save you time and energy.

Services include:

Do I need to make an appointment for a site visit?Yes, please contact our Events Department.

How much time do I have to set up and tear down my event?You will have three hours prior to your event to set up and two hours following your event to tear down. If you need more time, additional fees will apply.

Will my guests have to pay for parking?We provide up to 300 spaces of free parking on the Museum grounds. There is also ample street parking available in surrounding areas.

Can guests interact with the planes and exhibits?Yes, we can include two open cockpits. The option of these features is based on the availability of our staff and volunteers. The full museum will be open to your guests.

When is the rental deposit due?The signed rental contract, along with 50% of the rental fee, is due 14 days after the signer has received it.

Do I have to use one of Wings’ preferred catering vendors?

Yes.

Does Wings Staff set up and tear down my event?No, Wings Staff does not set up and tear down events; you will need to discuss set up and strike with your caterer. If you are not using a caterer we can schedule additional external staff to assist you. Fees do apply.

Do you move the planes for events?No, our museum is designed with events in mind. Our planes are always arranged to accommodate large events on the main hanger floor, we maintain 44,000 square feet of space, comfortable for up to 2,000 guests seated.
