Datafirst is a European leader in management software dedicated to automobile

distribution. It develops a complete range of solutions from the DMS to the CRM,

a BI solution and a website development offer.

Objective of the projet

To support the deployment of its new CRM SaaS solution and support the

overhaul of its range, Datafirst sought to restructure its web marketing

organisation and reorganizing its teams around standard platforms designed for

its internationnal and multilingual channel.

We conducted a redesign from one corporate image web structure to a set of

devices product oriented and conversion focused. The overhaul was conducted

in a context of indirect sales on 8 countries and closely with the marketing teams.
