With a dozen manufacturing facilities strategically

located throughout North and South America, Asia,

Europe, Africa and Australia, Eriez is positioned well

to serve its major markets. Global engineering teams

and focused manufacturing enable the company to

remain the leader in product development and process

In recent years, new or expanded manufacturing

facilities have increased production capacity by more

than 50%. New robotic welders, laser cutting tables,

high-efficiency manufacturing cells, proprietary automated

assembly systems and global lean initiatives across the

company have driven cost out of operations, improved

quality and increased overall customer satisfaction.

Company process engineers and scientists have

developed close working relationships with customers

using Eriez equipment. By working together “in the

field”, these teams have continued to develop new and

refined solutions leading to outcomes like better

material recovery rates.

Global Reach

Manufacturer of Equipment for Process IndustriesEriez, a privately held company, is a world leader in the

design and manufacture of separation, material handling

and inspection equipment used throughout process

industries like food, plastics and chemicals, mining,

aggregates, metalworking and recycling.

Separation equipment often uses magnetics to

remove unwanted tramp metals or metal contaminants

in both dry and liquid process flows. Other separation

applications involve metalworking fluid recycling as well

as flotation technologies and magnetic technologies to

concentrate minerals.

Our metal detection systems are designed to

safeguard consumer products like foods and

pharmaceuticals from metal contaminants and protect

valuable downstream processing equipment like

crushers from large dangerous tramp metals.

The material handling group comprises feeding,

conveying and screening equipment to move dry

materials with applications and capacities range from

metering ounces of flour to moving tons of coal.

Eriez’ development of Mineral Flotation was bolstered by the 2005 purchase of CPT Industries in Canada.
