Spending based on a decision made in 2006, might not make the most sense anymore

Raising Larger Amounts of Funds is Going to Require

Some Staff

Large donors require “Management”

specifically proposals and reporting

Some worry about “corporate” control in

OSM, but by keeping the OSMF weak there is far more potential for that

control

Not all doom and gloom, OSM continues to grow and is moving from a niche project

to making huge impact
