Our family would like to thank you for your prayers, thoughts and support you have shown to us during this difficult time in our lives. We are very grateful to have such a wonderful church family.

Summer Memorial Congregation,
On behalf of the City of Newberry Fire Department, we would like to personally thank you for your generosi-ty and patience in allowing our crews to perform training at the houses you provided on Player and Berry Street. Because of your generosity, our crews were able to train on life saving techniques in a far more real-istic environment.
Thank you for allowing the extra time and effort to give us this opportunity.
Sincerely,
Keith Minick and Andrew Morris
Golden Age Sunday

2020 Budget.
Our nomination ballot consist of all eligible members who have been confirmed, and in the last year contributed and communed. It will be posted on the bulletin board upstairs and downstairs. Summer-Tymers – October “Make a Joyful Noiz”
Summer-Tymers’ final gathering for 2019 was a
very happy one. Special music consisting of
gospel and familiar secular songs were performed
by special musicians comprised of Pastor Randy
Derrick, David Parker, David Vieiva, and our own
Lloyd Brigman. Summer Tymers joined in singing
many familiar gospel songs and tapping toes to
others.
As always, a delicious luncheon preceded the
entertainment. Thanks to Carolyn Brigman,
Bobbie Smith, Peggy Morris and tea-maker
Vernon for donating and preparing the lunch.
Our next Summer-Tymers Gathering will be on
Tuesday, January 28, 2020. We take November
and December off because of the holiday season.
See you in 2020 for an hour of great Christian
fellowship!
