Introduction

The O’Loughlin Group originally developed a presence and reputation as an executive search firm, known as O’Loughlin Executive Search. Over the past 10 years, our areas of expertise have broadened and the business currently operates across two channels providing recruitment solutions to all levels of business.

Established in 2001, O’Loughlin Executive Search is the executive search and selection arm of The O’Loughlin Group. Our outstanding reputation has been built on the quality and consistency of our service, and has been the foundation of many enduring relationships with clients and candidates alike. O’Loughlin RecruitmentOur newest brand within The O’Loughlin Group, O’Loughlin Recruitment provides generalist recruitment selection to a diverse range of clients offering both permanent and contracting solutions. Our staff are sector specialists and are able to provide comprehensive coverage of many disciplines within banking, law, tourism hospitality & leisure, accounting, mining & engineering, sales & marketing, energy & resources, public relations and human resources. We have developed a significant contracting business in many of these areas, primarily accounting, operations and sales & marketing. Having either worked or recruited within their areas of expertise, our experienced consultants are able to provide valuable advice from the outset of your assignment due to their thorough understanding of the position and knowledge of the market. Paul O’Loughlin – Managing DirectorPaul O’Loughlin has twenty five years experience in recruitment and executive search throughout Australia and internationally. Paul commenced his career in Sydney in 1985, and subsequently joined Morgan & Banks in the late 80’s specialising in accounting recruitment. Paul was subsequently transferred to the Brisbane office of Morgan & Banks and was later promoted to State Director. Upon leaving Morgan & Banks after 12 years Paul was instrumental in bringing Hamilton James and Bruce to Brisbane where he grew the practice from a standing start to being number 2 in the market within 18 months. Paul established O’Loughlin Executive Search in 2001. He is recognised as one of Brisbane’s leading recruiters, and probably it’s most experienced in recruiting sensitive or politically challenging assignments.
