Minimum Credit Hours
> Part time status – 1-2 class – Tuition rate 0-6 credit hours, pay by credit hour – Qualify for part-time Financial Aid
> Full time status – 3-4 classes– Tuition 7-18 credit hours – Minimum of 10 credit hours for Financial aid
> International students must register for at least 10 credit hours

Understanding the Grading System
> Numeric Grades – Grades are entered as numbers
> 4.0 (A); graduate students must have a 2.7 in each course> Overall GPA must be 3.0
> Incomplete > No Grade > S/NS-Satisfactory/Not Satisfactory > CR/NC- Credit/Credit > W-Withdrawl > X-No Grade at this time

Satisfactory progress
> Failure to maintain a 3.0 GPA, either cumulative or for a given quarter, constitutes low scholarship and may lead to a change-in-status action by the Graduate School. Failure to maintain satisfactory performance and progress toward a degree may also result in a change-in-status action by the Graduate School.

Leave of Absence
> Registering for at least 1 credit hour > Requesting Leave of Absence
– Completed through MyGrad– Every quarter you are not registered – Request and pay anytime prior to the last day of
instruction by 5pm – Cost $25
> Failure to do the above will result in losing status– $250 fee to be reinstated
> International Students check-in with ISS

> September 30- First day of Autumn quarter > December 11- Last day of Instruction > October 6- Last day to add, drop or change a
course in the Registration Office without being assessed a $20 Fee and possible tuition forfeiture
> October 6-Last day to withdraw at the Registration Office without owing tuition or fees
> October 7- Late Add Period
