Our work is drawn out in phases with timelines for each phase’s work.
Volunteer Team(s) Process-
1. Apply “City Mapping” principles
2. Break down each region: (1) region, (2) micro-region (district), (3) sector(s), and blocks
3. Prioritize in “Phases”
Volunteer Process
Volunteers are put into teams of three with an interpreter. (no more than three volunteers to a team)
Each team of three is given their assignments and these items:
1. Map of whole region2. Blow-up of each sector to be worked (apartment numbers are clearly seen
on this map)3. Each team keeps a record of their work by placing a “circle” or “x” on
each apartment building completed [this map will collected on the last day the team works]
4. Each volunteer group works with the translator, not necessarily with the/a missionary
5. The missionary meets with the group before the group works for orientation and specific information for the assignment. [The teams have access to the missionary through the cell phones of the translators.]
6. When the assignment is finished there is a time for “de-briefing.”7. Communication is maintained between the missionary and the person in
charge of the team(s) as needed.
KEEP A LOG OF ALL WORK IN THE REGION!
Find the largest map possible of your region/city
Begin to mark the map: Yellow means that the sector was saturated with
prayer (prayer-walked).
Blue means that the sector was saturated with Christian literature, invitations, and/or street evangelism teams.
Green means that this phase in the sector is completed.

We look for places where God is at work or where He has opened up a person of peace and begin work in a block within a sector. That person of peace will help us reach the entire block and we work to train a spiritual leader for a sector.
