The open space of the facility is advantageous for the staff: it is easier to maneuver, find, and store our items. 2018 EXPANSION, PART 1:

A PULP MILLA pulp mill in North America needed two feeders, each one with different challenges and requirements. Here is how we helped them out.
The first system would connect to an indoor MCC (Motor Control Center) with an outdoor medium voltage transformer.
The client required a NEMA 3R pull box. Since we knew that the installation team was handling stiff shielded cable, we designed a pull box with enough space to pull the cables out of their phase arrangement into individual groups.
The NEMA 3R pull box would provide protection of the equipment inside the enclosure against ingress of solid foreign objects, water (rain, sleet, snow), and will be undamaged by the external formation of ice on the enclosure.
The second system required to connect a transformer into a PDC (Power Distribution Center).
We were able to determine prior to production that the customer requested wall plate size was too small, so we had to modify it as to not overstress the concrete.
Design and ingenuity are the core of our solutions and we pride of ourselves to offer that service on every system.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IN LATIN AMERICA:This year we explored markets in Latin America, assessed the local power distribution industry, and built relationships.
Our Marketing team conducted a thorough market research and participated in Canada´s Trade Accelerator Program, which let us write and execute an Export Plan. We also met SME´s determined to diversify their markets.
We exhibited at Expo Eléctrica tradeshow in Mexico City from June 5-7. We spoke with engineers and electrical contractors, and learned about what they are currently working on.
On October 15-17 we took part in the “Green Building & Construction Mission” organized by the Canadian Trade Commissioner. We were able to present our company to key
local customers on the “Canadian Technology Seminar” in the Canadian Embassy.
It has been a productive year for the company, especially because we were able to meet engineers who appreciate our business and understand that we provide value engineering (VE) or ingeniería de valor on Spanish.

For ease of installation, the client required the covers on the opposite side, so our designers suggested the use of the bus flip which provides a continuous transition between two bus sections.
On our previous edition, we discussed our cable bus system designed for a Lithium Mine in South America. Our client was so satisfied with our product that they requested four more systems.
Each system needed to connect a transformer with a switchgear located inside a modular building.
