• RENOVATION OF EXISTING BOROUGH REPAIR SHOP

• A 10’ WIDE FORKLIFT RAMP WILL CONNECT THE EXISTING SI 3 GARAGE
AND THE EXISTING BOROUGH REPAIR SHOP
• ROOF REPLACEMENT & HVAC EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT TO TAKE PLACE
UNDER A SEPARATE PROJECT
• SITE
• ADDITIONAL 6 ACRES RECLAIMED FROM THE LANDFILL TO INCREASE THE
SITE TO 13.55 ACRES
• NEW GRADING AND DRAINAGE
• NEW SURFACE PARKING for DSNY VEHICLES AND EMPLOYEE VEHICLES
• NEW OUTDOOR FREE STANDING FUELING FACILITY
• NEW HOUSEHOLD WASTE DROP-OFF
• NEW SALT STORAGE FACILITY FOR 2,000 TONS
