• CONSTRUCT NEW GARAGE FOR STATEN ISLAND DISTRICTS 1 & 3

• NEW GARAGE WILL BE APPROXIMATELY 120,000 SF

• RENOVATION OF EXISTING BOROUGH REPAIR SHOP

• ROOF REPLACEMENT & HVAC EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT TO TAKE PLACE

UNDER A SEPARATE PROJECT

• ADDITIONAL 6 ACRES RECLAIMED FROM THE LANDFILL TO INCREASE THE

SITE TO 13.55 ACRES

• NEW GRADING AND DRAINAGE

• NEW SURFACE PARKING for DSNY VEHICLES AND EMPLOYEE VEHICLES

• NEW OUTDOOR FREE STANDING FUELING FACILITY

• NEW HOUSEHOLD WASTE DROP-OFF
