Trotters Cottage is a delightful house reminiscent of the shotguns of the Delta region. Its simpleelegance and fond demeanor possess a timeless quality that grows on one with each each
passing year. Fine details include Greek Revival columns topped by a particularly fine frieze,single classic dormer, and floor-to-ceiling windows done in fine southern tradition. Builders
and developers shoud note that this cottage is effectively arranged in multiples of threee to fivein a row. There are two floor plans from which to choose. The first features the master
bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms and large gallery up., while the second situates themaster bedroom upstairs as a royal and very private retreat.

Russell Homestead is the spirit of the mountains in architectural form. It represents astyle highly popular in the heyday of the Western lodge, with antecedents found inCraftsman neighborhoods across America. Everything about this house, from the
stumped columns, battered brick-and-stone bases, hefty brackets, and Etruscan windowssuggests solidity coupled with dazzling style. It should be noted that the wavy edged
siding can be used as an alternative to simple clap boards. The ground story of the homecontains a living area, flex space, and spacious bedroom suite - the perfect situation forparents, in-laws, and other extended-saty guests. The second floor featuresthe master
