The centre is organizing a short tem certificate course titled, The New Age HR Analytics, the basic objective of the course is, aligning HR data and initiatives to the organization’s strategic goals. The course will also highlight the ongoing trends in HR analytics thus enabling professionals in making data-driven decisions in order to attract, manage, and retain employees.

Purpose: The course will be path breaking in the following aspects:- It will enhance the conceptual and analytical skills of researchers as well as HRstakeholders for sustainable business practices.- This course will illustrate the importance of analytics in HR and how participantscan use data to make better and informed decisions.- The lectures will be delivered by distinguished professors/scholars fromIIT/NIT/DU/IIM/ Utkal University etc.
Participants/Mode: PG/ MPhil/ PhD students, Academicians from the related areasof Social Science, Behavioural Science, Management Science can attend the course.The number of participants is limited to 30. The sessions will be conducted in anonline mode from 3.00 - 5.00 p.m. on stipulated dates.
