Conference OverviewWidely considered the peak leadership event on the Australian Public Sector event calendar, this national program provides a forum for public sector managers to discuss contemporary leadership and management practice in the broad Public Sector realm.

Attracting delegates from all states and territories (from Local, State and Federal agencies), the Conference provides a vital platform to explore both personal and organisational leadership whilst giving public sector leaders the chance to develop invaluable sector-wide networks.

Key leadership themes are explored through case studies and real time strategies presented by senior leaders and leadership experts. Essentially, the Conference aims to strengthen the current talent pool of public sector leaders.

“The conference was valuable not just because of the breadth of content but because it encouraged conversation and enabled sharing of insights and experiences with like-minded people. Thanks to the Speakers, participants and the organisers for an engaging and rewarding forum”
