The Facility is a new approach towards Sustainable Forest Management• Away from projects• Country led• Informed participation of stakeholders
The Facility has 3 strategic orientations: • Building a national consensus• Integrating forestry into poverty reduction • Integrating international commitments

Partner countries and their interest groups, through grants, to further the nfp process
