States and districts can use the knowledge and skills to address relevant issues in their state, and develop strategies for ensuring a
comprehensive educational service delivery system for all students who are visually impaired, including those with multiple disabilities.
Results to Date: Blindness Training Seminars
On a 5-point scale, where 1=poor through 5=excellent, the overall rating for effectiveness of the workshop, the scores tended to range from approximately 4.30 to 4.89.
