The Dude 110

One of Q’s best works was 1981’s “The Dude”, earning multiple Grammy awards and adding something beautiful to the music world.

This cocktail is an intoxicating concoction of Chivas 12 y whisky and Campari, soulfully blended with orgeat and Angostura bitters with a citric note of Persian lime. Body Heat 90

1974 saw the birth of another great work. “Body Heat” featured many new comers and still held a high position in pop charts proving the quality of Q’s skill.

Presenting elegance in a glass, pepped with Chivas 12 y whisky, muddled with fresh Granny Smith and apricot jam. It is then shaken vigorously with fresh lemon juice, apricot brandy and egg white for a foamy potion.

Smackwater Jack 95

For those who appreciate the timeless Espresso, we give you a take on the classic espresso Martini with a revolutionary touch. Jack Daniels Single Barrel Whiskey is shaken vigorously with Kahlua, Frangelico, Arabica coffee and dulce du leche and finished with perfumed mandarin zest.

A 1960s pan European tour of Q’s orchestra “Quintessence” proved to be one of the most challenging periods in Q’s life, placing Q under immense pressure and resulting in massive personal growth.

Roots 90

Quincy composed the theme to the dramatically successful miniseries, Roots, in 1977. The series began as a predicted flop, but ended up as a timeless hit, and the production and story has inspired filmmakers for generations.

Proudly presenting a cocktail which is composed of ingredients that represent Quincy’s roots, African Amarula cream, Kraken rum and African Rooibos chai syrup, make for a taste of Africa.
