Monthly Newsletter August 2019
Join us on Friday, August 16th with this 34 year old family business. Three generations of their family have helped visitors have life changing experiences with some of the most majestic creatures on
the planet. We’re blessed to live in what’s been called “the American Serengeti,” with some of the highest concentration of whales and dolphins and sea life anywhere in the world — including our totem species, the orca. Few people know these waters like they do. Their experience and dedication makes it possible for them to guarantee that you’ll see whales on your trip — or they will give you another trip absolutely free.
Friday, August
30th come with us to see the Apollo 11
Command Module Columbia, which carried astronauts Neil Armstrong, Edwin “Buzz” Aldrin and Michael Collins on their historic trip to the Moon and back in July of 1969.

Who’s New at the Fifth! After a long career at The Boeing Company, Kathleen Counihan move to Sequim to be closer to family. Born in New Jersey and eventually settling in the Northwest. She has a love of nature, animals and all the simple things. Doing for others has always been an important aspect of her life. Volunteering with our community search and rescue, and animal welfare, provides her the opportunity to help those in
need. She currently caters to a spoiled cat, who provides lots of love in return, in addition to spending time and giving back to her parents who live close by. Being 100% Irish and lucky enough to have obtained Irish citizenship, look for her to be decked out in green on St. Patricks Day! Working at The Fifth Avenue and meeting so many wonderful people, she is excited for the fun and memories to come!
Coral Tutwiler worked for the Department of the Navy for the last 30 years (retired). She worked as a Computer Specialist / Systems Administrator. Most of her career was spent overseas, working in Germany, Belgium and Holland. Her hobbies are sewing and photography. She has her own online Etsy shop where she sells purses and bags of different
sorts. She also has an adorable cat who rules her household.
