He learned ULT temp refrigeration along the way and cascade troubleshooting and design. He engaged in manufacturing custom ULT equipment including -70 walk-in rooms, -90 condensing units, and freeze dryers. He also gained experience in various skills such as TIG welding, gas welding, soldering, brazing; sheet metal design and manufacture including manual mill and lathe operation, CNC punch press, strippet punch, shear, press brake, deburring and finishing; electrical principles and design; electrical schematic generation and reading; QC testing of all equipment. In the case of CO2 incubator and Ultra-Low Temperature Freezer, unit will be replaced with a new unit if unresolved.
(Esco will also commit to the response time guarantee in a contract with Service Level Agreement)
If support is not in a timely manner, please write to us in details with the service report no. Compensation for failed support responses will be in the form of service credit per failed response by our support staff, whereby a service credit will entitle a preventive and maintenance job
