TABLE OF CONTENTS FOR THE MOORISH AMERICAN

DECENTRALIZED AUTONOMOUS TRUST ORGANIZATION

We have an opportunity to secure finances for our Nation and to ourselves, particularly the Active Moors who participate in the growth of MDAO. We intend to launch the community consent coin at less than 1 cent. This gives any aware and intuitive person the opportunity to benefit by being in on the ground floor. However, registered Moorish Americans are entitled to an issue as a collective 25% of whatever is outstanding). Members who volunteer will be rewarded in PRE-MINE token, which will be redeemed for community consent coins.

When it comes to selecting the Board for the MDAO. It is important that we develop and protect the fundamentals of what we are doing by electing those of high moral character, aptitude, and the most qualified among us. Resume’s are accepted (not required). Moorish American Nationality, required for office of Trust.

PART VI. Trustees & Board of Trustees

1. A registry is a list of information recorded and managed by a trusted authority. Registries record, timestamp, and validate Title and transfer of property. Registries have security requirements for data integrity and availability.

2. Such requisites along with the basic format for a Certificate of Registry was established by an Act of 31 December 1792, which prescribed numerous regulations for American shipping 2

The certificate of registry granted to the person or persons entitled thereto, by the collector of the district, comprehending the 2

port to which any ship or vessel shall belong; more properly, the registry itself. For the form, requisites, &c. of certificate of registry, see Act of Con. Dec. 31, 1792; Story's Laws U. S. 269 3 Kent, Com. 4th ed. 141; Power also extended to Executors and Administrators https://www.loc.gov/resource/rbpe.22700800/?sp=1

Our research demonstrates this to be 1 of the two most authoritative points of Law in the United States, regarding the legitimacy and authenticity of a registry, and this is the basis upon which our registry is developed. 3. Two Trustees will be appointed under this trust, and at their discretion they may appoint up to 3 additional Trustees for a total of 5 Trustees.4. Trustee Qualifications of Board Members to be determined.

PART VII. The Registry & Web Application

1. Our nationality is Moorish American because we are descendants of Moroccans and borne in America. This registry receives for record, witnessed-proclamations of Moorish American nationality and identity, stored on blockchain ledger. (private or public)

2. The registry allows for an applicant, witnesses, and government officers to digitally sign records of nationality.

3. In operation one goes to the http://mdao.io website opens the registry application on their computer, under the guidance of their Witness. The witness in this scenario is a Moorish American whose record in the registry is already valid. The witness is responsible for walking the Applicant through the registration, character validation, and also signing the record. The witnesses are another network for project outflow.

4. The registry grants the Moorish American National Government access to the records over a secure internet connection to protect Moorish Americans. An entry in the Registry creates an identity and membership for the Moorish American, in this trust, and in the government, under our flag, and administration.

5. Each record can be printed as a certificated record.

PART VIII. Community Consent Coin

1. Our block-chain (ledger) is a registry for nationality. Our coin, the community consent coin is a crypto-currency (smart contract) that we use to finance business and government services. Its peer to peer and has a monetary policy that increases circulation based on the validation of entries in our Registry. Each validated record of nationality mints a certain amount of our coins into circulation. Participation in the creation of a currency policy is where Moorish Americans have the greatest opportunity to succeed.

2. Each holder of a community consent coin has an equity share to currencies, goods, and/or services owned by the MDAO (pro rata), or any other vendor who wishes to accept our coin. The community consent coin will also facilitate the exchange of services between Moorish Americans and their Government.

3. When we reference the term general fund this is our financial accounting of all crypto and other marketable assets under the custody of our government and trust.

4. When we reference the reserve requirement, this is a mandatory level of liquid assets (other crypto) that we have to maintain in our accounts, in relation to the circulating supply of our community consent coin.

5. Private token sale, and liquidity providers will provide the necessary support for the reserve and exchange, until our projects direct finances to the General fund.

6. An example of an ongoing project, and an example of the type of opportunities sought by the Trustees, is the MDAO Trucking Project. The MDAO is partnered with a Moorish owned Trucking Company. The MDAO is financing the cost of Putting the trucks and drivers on the road, and in return for 20% of the earnings of each truck it finances. These contracts represent digital assets on the MDAO ledger that promote stable coin price and a hedge against inflation.

7. The above project demonstrates a business concept that equally benefits Moorish Americans as a Nation as well as an individual business owner. This process for financing Trucking and other critical mutually beneficial relationships with proper management are the type of contracts we Trustees are negotiating for the MDAO.

8. Anyone and especially Moorish Americans may submit a proposition that will mutually benefit Moorish Americans, and the MDAO will consider the project.

9. Every officer performing duties of registry or government will be compensated in community consent coin. These coins may be exchanged in the MDAO, airswapped, or exchanged for goods and services offered by other Moorish Americans.

10. The crypto received by the MDAO will be part of the general fund and assets available in our exchange for trade or cashing-out. The MDAO through it’s trustees will be required to maintain the reserve balance of 20% of the value of our coins, outstanding. in other crypto assets and properly employ the remaining resource toward the continued successful building of the financial and commercial infrastructure.

PART IX. Projects & MDAO Businesses.

Here are a list of projects underway, and in the future of the MDAO. The projects have been prioritized to bring financial stability to the MDAO, and consistent finance to the critical offices of government, and then to further increase man power and expand in commerce

1. MDAO Trucking The MDAO is partnered with Quasi Lebanon LLC, an established transportation and trucking industry owned by Quasi Lebanon El, who also serves as a Trustee within the MDAO, helping with the development of our financial policy, and assisting in the management of the MDAO trucking business. The Trust is forming agreements with Trucking businesses to finance the costs of getting trucks on the road with drivers, and securing an entitlement for 20 to 25% of the monthly earnings for each. The MDAO Trucking and our other projects increase the equity in our coin’s value, giving substance.

3. Trucking School / Repair Yard

4. Asiatic Market is the warehouse storage and market place all in one. Similar to a Costco store. Asiatic Market is where people trade with the community consent coin, promote their businesses, or sale their merchandise. Within AsiaticMarket, we intend to have a satellite local office for the CCC DIGITAL CREDIT UNION. This office would be staffed by Moorish Americans and their duty would be assisting people accessing there digital community consent coin held on our Credit Union, with any of our vendors in the Asiatic Market place. This is an idea, to help us circulate our coin and value, within our own community and to encourage storing wealth in our own coin. The more basic needs and services accessible with our coin the better store of value, so we’re keeping food and produce within our focus.

PART X. Customary Treaty & International Law
