Hello Division 38!
It brings me great sadness to say that this is my final newsletter of
my lieutenant governor term. Even though this is the nearing of my
term’s end , it is not the end of the great legacy of Division 38 that
will continue to progress in the many years to come. I would like to
take the time to thank each and every one of you for your cooper-
ation and eagerness to serve during my term. It has been more than
a pleasure to work with stars such as yourselves.
My term does not come to a close until DCON so, until then we still
have numerous matters and events to complete. One of these be-
ing the February DCM. It is of thee utmost importance that all club
presidents attend this DCM with the spirit pack money, if there is a
problem with this please contact me! If a problem is not communi-
cated to me I have no way of knowing that you are in need of help,
and as a result your club will not have spirit gear for this year’s con-
vention. So please, do not hesitate to reach out to me.
I am looking forward to seeing you all at District Convention. The
PNW District Board has worked very hard to make sure that this
year’s convention runs smoothly and is the most enjoyable one yet!
So fasten your seatbelts, and ‘To Infinity and Beyond’ we go!
Sincerely,
Georgette Lugalia

The Panera Bread fundraiser held
on the 27th of January was a huge
success. A big thank you to all who
attended.
I will be finding out the results
from the fundraising night as soon

QOUTE OF THE MONTH “No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever
wasted.”
—Aesop
To eliminate MNT from the Earth, more than
100 million mothers and their future babies
must be immunized. This requires vaccines, syringes, safe storage, transportation, thousands of skilled staff and more. It will
take US$110 million — and the dedicated work of UNICEF and every
member of the Kiwanis family. The end of this one disease means the
beginning of better health for so many
families.
