Please be in prayer that God will do great things across our community this Easter season. I’m praying for harvest, for revival, and for an explosion of joy in our city. N. T. Wright says, “That’s the funny thing about prayer. Once you invite Jesus to help, he will do so more thoroughly than you imagined, more deeply that perhaps you wanted.” Let’s invite Jesus to help! Just a quick word about the Annie Armstrong Offering for North American Missions. Our goal is $50,000. We are about halfway there. If you have yet to give to this important offer- ing, I encourage you to prayerfully seek God’s leadership and give a generous giſt. This money helps place church planters all over our connent. It also helps with church revitalizaon, dis- aster relief, refugee ministry, and other things. It’s a worthy cause, a kingdom cause, a cause that makes eternal impact. Let’s hit our goal. Thanks. I’m looking forward to seeing you on Sunday. In addion to powerful music, we’ll be exploring John’s resurrecon story of Mary Magdalene searching for someone, anyone, who can tell her where Jesus’ dead body had been moved. Guess who she ran into in her search. Let’s talk about that on Sunday. See you then. BUDGET REPORT Education / Outreach Ministry

Invite Everyone: Bring Someone with You, like your lost and un-churched friends. Pray for opportunities. Let’s have a wonderful Easter worshipping our risen Savior!

Parking: The new parking lots will help a lot. We will also keep asking our peo-ple to carpool families. Please park as far out in our lots as possible, especially using the new Northwest Fitness Trail lot and get a golf cart ride back to the building. This will allow handicapped and new-comers the closer spots.

Safety Team & Police Officers: We are enlisting more officers. We will use the regularly scheduled Safety Team people for 1st Sundays and just extend the shifts by 30 minutes: The 8:30 shift will serve from 7:30-9:45 and the 10:15 shift will serve from 9:45 to 12noon. These are critical positions. So, if you can't be there, get your sub ASAP and let Brad or Bobby know.

Van Outreach: Regular Drivers will pick up people for the 9:30am service only and return them immediately after that.

No Connect Groups: Our Teachers will take a break except for preschool groups. Come the Sunday after Easter at 9 or 10:30 and we will help you find a group!

We have a need for Teachers and Core Group people to help start some new Connect Groups. Would EVERYONE pray for these please? We need to start a: ➢ Nearly and Newly Wed Group at 9:00 a.m. ➢ Singles Group at 10:30 a.m. ➢ Singles Group for 25-35 at 9:00 a.m. ➢ Restart at College & Young 20’s Group at 9:00 a.m. ➢ We still need core group people for our new 10:30 a.m. Young

Adult Group. If you are interested in the possibility of serving in these Connect Groups, please contact Danny.

We need four people to do Safety Team on Golf Carts on Wednesday nights. Maybe you could do the 4-6pm time or the 6-8pm time. Let me or Brad Phillips or Bobby King know ASAP! Love, Danny
