TO WHAT DO YOU ATTRIBUTE YOUR SUCCESS? Being constantly available to my clients 24/7, always being honest with people even when it’s not pleasant, and 16 years of hard work! WHAT ONE PROPERTY ARE YOU REPRESENTING THAT YOU ARE SHOCKED HAS NOT SOLD? Lower Church Hill Road in Washington has not sold because it needs a bit of interior renovations (kitchen, baths, etc.) and people seem too busy to want to take on the work. The location is absolutely amazing and the views are incredible, looking out over protected farmland, a pond and land trust. It is a great investment property. DESCRIBE A PERFECT NIGHT IN YOUR AREA? Well, I love to cook and entertain. I really enjoy introducing people with similar interests to each other. A perfect Saturday night for us is having great friends and clients over for dinner. It’s always casual and home-cooked. I think people appreciate that effort and intimacy. WHAT FIELD OTHER THAN REAL ESTATE COULD YOU IMAGINE YOURSELF? Interior design. I am constantly redecorating my house—I have to keep it fresh! ARE THERE ANY CAUSES THAT YOU ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT? I tend to stick local charities, especially ones focused on supporting women, the environment and education. Finding ways to improve and support our community in Litchfield County is my passion.
